The Roseberry residence is located at 1203 East Spring Street in New Albany, IN. In late September 2022, Hannegan Roseberry came to BW in regards to fixing up their hom e to achieve their dream of the ultimate Modern-Victorian Grandmas-Chic dream. At first, they were just looking for some guidance in terms of what to do for their buckling walls and layera and layers of wallpaper. Over time this project has turned into a labor of love for a 100+ year old house that has hidden a few more secrets than expected. This has all been achieved through sustainable practices, smart use of resources, and an ever growing private collection of art, antiques, and collectibles.

Since September, we have achieved new wallpaper throughout the bottom floor of the main home, new stair runners up the gorgeous staircase, cutom draperies, upholstering family heirlooms, new paint, and fixing buckling walls that seemed to almost be falling down.

The refurbishing of the home has more or less been based around the 4 major wallpapers used for the first floor of the main space. The clients fell in love with with florals of the original 60’s renovation, but hated the pattern. So, we chose 4 that fit the style of each room, use, and pieces/ decor within each room.
