SPAGHETTI WITH BACON Serves 4

400g spaghetti 1 tsp olive oil 6 bacon rashers, trimmed and cut into strips 2 garlic cloves, crushed 300ml sour cream A handful of fresh parsley, finely chopped

1 Bring a large saucepan of water to the boil and cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions. 2 Heat a frying pan over a medium heat. Add the oil, bacon and garlic and cook until the bacon is cooked through and begins to brown. 3 Pour in the sour cream and parsley and stir to combine. Cook for three minutes. 4 Add the spaghetti to the bacon mixture and toss until combined. Serve immediately.
