This multi-building complex features a centralized auto court that balances loading functionality with regular commercial traffic for an optimal use of site space . The exterior design of wood composite and corrugated metal articulate the individuality of the units and create dynamic and well-defined tenant storefronts .

This high-efficiency, cross-dock warehouse serves as CSA’s Southern Alberta distribution centre for moving goods throughout Canada and the US . As a major hub for their LTL shipping network, the terminal doubles their warehouse space, improves local delivery capabilities and facilitates expedited transit .
