When you’re on holiday, sleeping in is a must! Our late-riser’s breakfast with zing-filled specialities is just what you need to put a spring in your step and a smile on your face. One such delectable treat is the bread basket, packed with all kinds of sweet-smelling breads made from all imaginable grains. Freshly-squeezed juices, homemade jams and vibrantly-coloured fruits and veggies sit in a row at the buffet table. And then comes our speciality from the breakfast show-kitchen: Organic egg dishes, made to order, exactly as you want them. And with the finest of Südtirol I Alto Adige cheese together with local ham, you think your mouth will never stop watering.
When the warming rays of the sun make outside dining a pleasure, we serve you aromatic Italian coffee on our panorama terrace for a real power breakfast.
