Chef-pâtissier Danilo has literally the sweetest task in our kitchen over. He creates and prepares desserts of all kinds.

The sweet temptation begins at the breakfast buffet with filled croissants and homemade cakes. The feast continues at the afternoon buffet, where everything is worth sinning for - not least the apple strudel - and culminates in glory at the dinner table, in a heavenly enticement of the finest creams and fruity sorbets. You should not – you cannot – resist. Ingredients of almonds, exotic cocoa, lemons, coffee beans, pistachios and yuzu zest make your heart race on Wednesdays, at the weekly dessert buffet.
