Our Craft Beer
We have the pleasure to introduce you to our very own handcrafted beer. The „Mendelbier“, named after the Mendel mountain. Quality has been an important aspect from the very beginning, which is why our own beer is brewed at the Tenuta Moser in accordance with the rules of the art: by hand, without filtering or pasteurizing it. The Mendelbier, brewed with fresh water from the Mendel mountain, is served turbid and freshly tapped from the tank. In this way we maintain its unmistakable taste. A curiosity? Our Tenuta Moser is the only estate in all of Italy to house a winery and a brewery under one roof.
Golden Vitamin Juice
At the Moser estate, we press the countless apple varieties of Südtirol I Alto Adige into our very own apple juice. At the bar and at your table. Wherever you are in our hotel, you will find the heavenly taste of gold in a glass.
Weingut Tenuta Moser
For decades now the Moser Family has been working our farm at Monticolo Lake and in Caldaro sulla Strada del Vino with the greatest of love and passion. Our family began to grow and cultivate grapevines in the Oltradige area three generations ago; in days gone by, the family’s grapes were delivered to the surrounding wineries for pressing. In 2019, with the Tenuta Moser, our winery in Caldaro, a dream has come true: We opened our very own wine cellar with storage room and pressing room, where we can now vinify and bottle our own grapes.
Fruit Orchard
In mid-August, the Gala apples mark the beginning of the harvest in our apple orchards. A regular summer apple contains over 30 vitamins, trace elements, potassium and countless other precious minerals.
