In order for these invigorating, natural resources to be transferred safely and gently into your skin, “Phyto-Art”, an exclusive line of natural organic cosmetics from South Tyrol, was developed for you. They create inner and outer beauty that blossoms and shines, like the sea full of local herbs from which the natural raw materials are obtained. Each product from this cosmetics line contains at least four officinal plants that can be linked with the four elements of fire, water, earth and air. Also used are precious stones formed in the earth over millennia. The ancient power of the stones reinvigorates and strengthens the skin. Holistic, self-regenerating, personalised and high quality - that is the goal.

Special massage strokes, in combination with Musk ointment made from local herbs, release blockages in the back and neck area. Strech & cupping

This massage is ideal before or after exercise. Cupping improves blood circulation, supplying a larger quantity of oxygen and nutrients to the cells. The stimulating massage with Sport Energia oil and special manoeuvres relaxes tight muscles. To regenerate muscles we use our Crema Erbe Sport with arnica, thistle and horse chestnut. This regenerating pack is recommended for all muscular tensions to revitalise the body and strengthen the immune system. The extracts of arnica, hemp and horse chestnut in synergy with the essences of Swiss pine and rosemary have a circulation-enhancing effect. This allows more oxygen to reach the cells, which promotes the regeneration of the muscles, vitalises the body and supplies it with new energy.

Since time immemorial, people in South Tyrol have bedded down in hay. At least 40 herbs and flowers can always be found in mountain meadow hay, giving it its strong circulationenhancing properties.
