All of them were carefully tested by laboratory and CT scan (computed tomography). The results of clinical and diagnostic testing obviously indicated the presence of pneumonia of varying degrees of damage to the lung tissue (from 25 to 45%).

During the first week, the patients received appropriate therapy under the supervision of doctor.

Unfortunately, there were no indicators of health improvement. Fortunately, I had a Bioptron device and an air purifier Therapy Air ION at my disposal.

Therapy Air ION was used to clean the air from dust, viruses, bacteria, and also to ionize the air.

It worked almost constantly in the patient's room, which allowed him to breathe purified air saturated with negative ions, thereby improving oxygenation of body tissues. The antibacterial properties of the filters of this device are also very important. All this had an important and obvious role in combination with the applied treatment. As the results it was a decrease in shortness of breath, an improvement in complexion, an increase in physical activity, deeper breathing.

Additionally, in all four cases, the Bioptron light therapy was used on the area of the greatest damage to the lung tissue. With daily auscultation of the lungs, wheezing and hard breathing were significantly reduced. With regular use of the Bioptron light therapy for one week, the patients' condition significantly improved and the control CT scan was made in the third week of the disease. By this time, three out of four patients had practically no complaints, except for weakness. The first of the patients had pulmonary marbling in the middle lobe of the lung. But at the same time, it should be noted that the patient had (in her words) pneumonia 2-3 months before that, which remained untreated.

All my patients came to the stage of clinical recovery and did not use any more medication, but during the rehabilitation period they continued to receive procedures with the Bioptron device.

Supervision over the next month did not indicate any signs of illness. For us, such a great effect of both devices in the complex treatment and subsequent rehabilitation of these patients was unexpected.

Thus, the timely receiving the information about the therapeutic effects and the correct use of the Bioptron device and the Therapy Air ION air purification system made it possible to use them effectively in the complex treatment of pneumonia in patients with COVID-19.
