With the common goal of promoting education for all, Teach on the Beach needs a new space that not only accommodates and teaches, but also inspires the exchange of experiences and personal growth. In this perspective, the proposed architecture plays a fundamental role in creating a qualified environment designed to be experienced and explored, where a simple construction can have significant impacts on the lives of those who attend it.

The project aims to meet the needs of TOB in a way that leverages the excellent resources available in the region to ensure quality, durability, economic efficiency, sustainability, and accessibility in construction. Moreover, it seeks to integrate built areas and natural open spaces, complementing the existing building construc- ted by volunteers, which stands out as an important integrated spatial element.

The distribution of spaces is done through an articulating courtyard, where free appropriation and experience are allowed, and where two axes intersect, one horizontal and one vertical, connecting the entrance to the beach-view hall and the existing classroom to the summer cabin. The proposed sectorization is simple and clear, providing connection between the blocks that have openings to the outside but primarily overlook the courtyard - the heart of the educational center. The program includes areas for teaching, living, exchanging experiences, and also raising awareness, such as the recycling room, which can serve as a storage space for separating recyclable waste from the construction site.

In order to provide simplicity in construction and sustainability, the project adopts a modular layout that allows for construction in stages, starting with the most urgent blocks. Additionally, it proposes the use of local and easily accessible materials, such as rammed earth, compressed earth blocks, concrete to provide greater durability and stability in certain spaces, and local wood, such as bamboo, for example.

Understanding the importance of integrating the beach with the ONG, a strong visual connection is proposed through the focal point created by the main axis, windows that open to the ocean, and the terrace - some of the strategic elements that create attractive spaces and have the power to positively influence student learning.
