By combining the construction of terrestrial plants and wet communities, the construction of ecological space is strengthened, and the site fully simulates the plant community of the natural environment to create a species-rich ecological environment, so as to maximize the function of the biological system of Macao’s urban green space.

Main entrance and sports area

This joint is the main entrance on the west side of the site, with several functional spaces enclosed by planting areas of different forms and scales. It aims to establish a clear guiding of different resting areas, including the lawn space, entrance distribution & resting area and tree array square.

The sports plaza includes six basketball courts, three badminton courts and three volleyball courts, designed to provide a place for sports for the surrounding residents and visitors to Macau.

Eco-agriculture planting and selling area

The eco-agriculture planting area combines amusement, merchandising and agricultural research into one. The site will help alleviate the shortage of arable land in Macau and increase the greenery of the city. Macau residents can participate in planting and selling on weekends and holidays, promoting family ties and increasing knowledge about planting. Small spaces have been created around the planting area to allow people to pick and eat. This area will be used as a marketplace during holidays, which is fun and entertaining.

Fountain plaza and water-friendly activity area

Water culture is a special existence of culture. The waterfriendly activity area is designed to integrate the artificial environment with the natural ecological environment. The aim is to turn the site into an excellent tourist attraction and recreational space. The water-friendly activity area has a viewing platform sticking out, which is an excellent window for visitors to look at the whole view, and also an important element of the environment of the scenic area. From this viewing platform, visitors can see the skyscrapers and natural hills of Taipa Island, making it an excellent photo spot.
