A small bug was in a mug.

“I’m snug.” Says the bug as it climbs up. 2

Mom sees the bug.
She takes the bug and puts it in a jug. 4
Oh no! I like the mug, thinks the bug.

“Bugs live in the mud.� says mom. 6
Mom adds water to the garden’s floor. 7
Let’s put you on the mud.” says mom.

The bug, walks back to the mug.

Look at all this mud! 10
Where is the bug? Thinks mom. 11
Well, well. It prefers the mug, hum! 12
Let’s keep it there and put mud in the mug.

Woaw! Now there’s also a bud!

The bug, hugs the bud to go up.

Now there is a bug and a bud in the mug.
