Happy New Year! I hope everyone is having a fantastic start to their year and that it only continues to get better and better. :) To be honest, this is going to be a bit on the shorter side in terms of the length of the issue. Taylor has been a bit quiet through the month of December as well as the beginning of January. Except for the major release of her End Game music video! WHICH IS AWESOME! Anyway, this issue will focus on the beautiful pop up shop that was in LA, which has a few different items compared to the one that was in NYC. There is also a section for the most addicting app ever...The Swift Life!
Hmm...oh! From now on, in every issue I will have a list of tour dates for the Rep Tour. Along with these dates will be lists of usernames on who is going. This will be an ongoing list up until the date of the concert passes. :) Hope you enjoy this short but sweet issue of ZINEthirteen!

Popping up everywhere! Taylor Swift has done it again, this time by creating a pop-up shop with AT&T for fans on Tuesday, December 12. Hundreds of Swifties waited on a long line to get a sneak peak into Swift’s world at the L.A. event. One supporter, George Vera, waited outside the night before just so he could be the first person inside. He told Us Weekly, “I was just so excited to see the whole experience. I already heard about the pop up shop from New York and I saw all the social media posts, so I was super excited to see what it was going to be like and what the merchandise would look like in store.” As for Vera’s favorite part? He exclaimed, “I was not expecting to take pictures with all the props. I loved the throne and then of course the bird cage too!” There were a lot of unexpected elements at the gathering. The infamous bird cage from Swift’s song “Look What You Made Me Do” music video was set up so that visitors could get the perfect photo opp and there were 250 exclusive snake keychains with ” Los Angeles” written on them that fans could purchase. Other merchandise included sweatshirts, jewelry and phone cases. Even better? Attendees were ZINE THIRTEEN ISSUE 06 JANUARY 2018
also given the opportunity to get exclusive deals with DIRECTV while munching on cookies in the lounge area as the Grammy winner’s album played. Swift didn’t show up herself, but the overall experience was worth it. Vera noted that he hopes to come back again before the popup shop is over. Swift’s L.A. Reputation pop-up shop will be open at 1228 Third Street Promenade in Santa Monica from December 12 to December 16. AT&T customers can watch “The Making of a Song” on Taylor Swift NOW on DirecTV NOW, DirectTV (Ch. 1113) and U-verse (Ch. 1501).

So, The Swift Life app started out on iPhones and gradually made it’s way onto Android users phones. This app may be a bit intimidating when you first use it, because there is just SO MUCH GOING ON AT ONCE! I feel like this app is a combination of Twitter, Tumblr & Instagram all in one. You have the ability to like posts, comment, send awesome taymojis and much more. You can collect taymojis to create sets from various songs and when you level up, you unlock more songs, more photos and more fun things that make the app even more entertaining and addicting. If you haven’t gotten the chance to download the app yet, I totally recommend it! There are so many things involved with this app, that seeing it for yourself is honestly the best way to even describe it. The whole point of this app is to follow a bunch of fans, make friends, like a bunch of posts, share with each other and just be a big, happy swiftie community. It’s wonderful! I have yet to run into anyone who isn’t anything but lovely. There is a list of awesome swifties you should think about following! The music video for End Game has come out and it is yet another masterpiece produced by Joseph Kahn! This video takes place in three different cities, Miami, Tokyo and London. The main theme seems to be Taylor having a good time, partying with friends, feeling free and fun. She starts her journey for her “end game” in Miami, where she is cruising around on a boat, motorcycle and fancy car with the rapper, Future. The story then leads Taylor to Tokyo, with Ed Sheeran. They are goofy with one another like best friends are and it’s absolutely adorable. SO MANY SWEERAN FEELS! Many scenes of drinking and parting once again. The final portion of the video takes place in London, where she seems to be at a New Year’s party, hinting at her “end game” being Joe Alwyn, since New Year’s Day is about him and she has been hanging out with him in London for many months prior to their public reveal. There are some fun hidden messages, like usual, in the video that fans have been pointing out. Such as, Taylor has the radio on station 13, the license plate reads “13”, the snake game Taylor is playing is level 13 and the game itself is called “End Game.” Which are pointed out in the photos to the right. :)
