We can host private parties for up to 200 people, so whether it is an extravagant Christmas party or an end of year banquet, we can provide an exceptional service from conception to completion. The exquisite menus have been designed with the party season in mind; we offer classic seated dinner options as well as bespoke canapĂŠs and buffets. Menus can be personalised depending on the tastes and preferences of your party guests.

dining Set against the backdrop of the most powerful meeting arena in Britain, the hotel’s private dining spaces are a major draw in a more discrete location. Our signature restaurant Blue Boar Smokehouse offers two exclusive private dining rooms, both hidden behind our floor to ceiling wall of wine and completely closed off from the restaurant ensuring the ultimate in privacy. Each room comfortably holds 10 guests but if you have a bigger party, we can seamlessly join the two to provide private dinners for up to 20 people. Private dining menus can be selected from our a la carte menu or from our Festive Feasting Menu which is served family style and shared by the whole table. Available from 1st–24th December, the three course Feasting Menu features signature dishes such as Blue Boar Ribs and classic Christmas turkey with a Smokehouse twist.

Emmeline’s, situated at the heart of the hotel, is a romantic, boutique cocktail lounge that will add that extra sparkle to any Christmas celebration. This charming and ethereal space can be exclusively taken over for groups of up to 120 guests. By night, relaxed lighting and candles create an ambiance akin to that of an elegant townhouse reception room. Themed canapés, dedicated drinks waiters circulating the room to refresh glasses and the opportunity for live music ensures Emmeline’s is Westminster’s most sought after space for private hire. By day the floor to ceiling windows and glass roof flood the room with natural light. Contemporary style furniture, whimsical floral arrangements and a bespoke art collection create the perfect setting for Afternoon Tea or a Champagne reception.

festivi-teas Escape the hustle and bustle of Christmas shopping and indulge in our festive inspired Afternoon Tea. Sit under the spectacular chandelier in the Lobby Lounge and enjoy a sumptuous variety of seasonal treats including traditional English scones, classic cakes and elegant finger sandwiches all with a festive twist. Guests can also enjoy a glass of Laurent-Perrier RosĂŠ Champagne and a choice of teas covering 17 different blends, including our festive special Chai Tea. During weekends in December, guests can enjoy the true spirit of Christmas with live choral accompaniment.

Indulge this Christmas in our luxury four course Christmas lunch with a Blue Boar Smokehouse twist. On arrival guests will enjoy Laurent-Perrier Champagne and a selection of festive canapés, followed by a feasting style lunch featuring our signature ribs, English beef or smoked turkey.

The perfect end to Christmas day is with the Blue Boar evening buffet, a home from home relaxed offering of Christmas favourites.
