MEETING SPACES

Capacities vary based on seating arrangements.

In addition to our designated private event spaces, we also have numerous unique and seasonal event venues available for our groups to enjoy. From our spacious lawns to exciting restaurant event spaces, we have the perfect venue for every group!

Artistically inspired by the natural landscapes, the 104 guest rooms and suites feature wood furnishings, modern and clean architecture complemented by soft organic layers. Panoramic views of the surrounding forest and bordering mountains connect guests to the outdoors with private outdoor terraces and expansive glass windows. An open and bright lounge area features soft seating and a bar serving signature cocktails, fine wine and tapas.

Chantarelle

Chanterelle, our largest event space here at Juniper Preserve features floor to ceiling windows offering natural lighting and beautiful scenic views, open spaces for many different uses according to your group’s needs, and access to the outdoor private patio that overlooks the 18th hole of our Tom Fazio Championship Course. It also includes brand new, state of the art AV systems and plenty of space for dining and other group activities!

Fireside & Sunstone

Fireside is an event space perfect for corporate meetings, private dinners, or specialized events. Fireside has a seating capacity of up to 30 people, a 70 inch mondopad equipped with modern AV capabilities for high-tech presentations, as well as various room configurations to best create an environment for team-building. With a unique room configuration, Sunstone is designed to offer a private dining room or an executive meeting space for an intimate setting or creative brainstorming session. Sunstone accommodates up to 13 guests.

AV & Mondopad

Juniper Preserve’s executive meeting spaces feature state-of-the-art audio visual technology, including a 70 inch Mondopad. Each conference space is equipped with modern audio-visual capabilities in a classic, beautiful setting. A professional conference services staff is available for assistance with the coordination of your entire event for uniquely memorable meetings and team-building sessions.

Outdoor Venues

The Spirit Island, our most desired outdoor venue, is a stunningly beautiful place to gather. With panoramic views of the golf course and the Cascade Mountain range and a picturesque bridge entrance, the 7,000 square foot private island offers seating on a grass surface for up to 300 guests. The Event Lawn is the natural accompaniment to our Event Island or the perfect location for larger events, a cocktail hour, or a more casual, summer evening soirée. Situated to capture the natural beauty of Juniper Preserve along with the golf course and mountain views, the Event Lawn will host up to 500 people and is within close proximity to the Clubhouse.

Lava Cave Venue

Wow your guests with an experience of a life-time! Book an unimaginable event in Juniper Preserve’s ancient Lava Cave! Hidden underground offering complete privacy and the ability to host large or small groups, your guests will be wined and dined like never before. Create unforgettable memories for your guests with an out-of-this-world experience. The Lava Cave features open spaces for an intimate elopement or small ceremony, a seated and serviced dining, or a unique cocktail reception. Tipi

Enjoy a unique tipi experience, whether it be a spiritual meditation, yoga class, a tipi proposal or a kid’s activity! The Juniper Preserve Tipi allows space for up to 10 guests inside and includes surrounding outdoor space for other activities. The tipi is located in the natural habitat of the high desert, creating a sense of privacy and serenity. Reserve this space for a uniquely inspired and intimate event.

VW Bus Mobile Bar

Couples today are carefully curating inspired cocktails for an elevated cocktail experience. And for good reason! Your cocktail selection is a chance to transform an open bar in a refreshingly, fun way. Local spirits, classic recipes, and a bit of garden chic are all coming together for cocktail trends at Juniper Preserve. What you serve your guests sets the tone for your event and can be cleverly connected to your overall themes and decor. Raise a glass, take a sip and make sure your event cocktails create a unique experience!

Juniper Preserve’s VW Bus Mobile Bar offers the perfect vintage element to your outdoor events. Mobile bars are all the rage in the outdoor, craft beer mecca of Bend, and Juniper Preserve has one of its own. We’ll park the Juniper Preserve VW Bus in a convenient, outdoor location. Guests may walk right up to the bustling, bright bar, order a drink from one of our happy bartenders, and mingle in a fun and hip environment.

Juniper Spa

We invite you to leave it all behind as you enter this oasis in the desert. Enjoy an intimate, boutique spa nestled in the shadows of a juniper forest and inspired by the iconic majesty of the Cascade Mountains.
