We can accommodate the initial onboarding, campaign collaboration and brand strategy within the first 30 days of agreement. Simultaneously our media team can develop and present the best use of traditional, digital and outreach/PR to accomplish our objectives.

Unlike most agencies, we are project based and do not require retainers and do not have any hidden fees, or ongoing management fees unrelated to actual work at hand. We believe in complete transparency and provide KPIs and budgets, benchmarks and goals up front.

There is no initiation fee to work with us. We succeed when you succeed. Naturally, that is why we have clients we have worked with for years or decades. We’re completely committed to you when we become your partner. Your goals become our goals and we act on them accordingly.

In short, upon entering into an ‘agency of record’ agreement, we provide you with the budgets for the duration of the campaign (in this case 15 months) broken down into mini campaigns (in this case, likely 4-5) and each medium and audience, for your full approval.

We also don’t believe in contracts that you can’t get out of. You hire us; you can leave any time with 30 days notice. We’re that confident in our ability to deliver. We do believe in collaboration and our relationship will depend on your contribution in terms of time, approvals, meetings and completely honest feedback.

We’re typically the most affordable collateral and design firm precisely because we do such volume and for so many non-profits.

We produce and deliver video, radio, TV, print, collateral, direct mail, social media and more - all on a project by project basis.

We charge a percentage of your buy.

If using digital, programmatic, geofencing etc, and this fee slides with the size of the ad campaign. You pay the mediums direct (i.e. Google) and you pay us a campaign management percentage.

Digital

Given we’re targeting 750-800 new enrollments, we would establish a CPA (Cost per acquisition) with you first and reverse engineer our approach based on this. We’re also very comfortable with telling you if the objective is a unicorn or a really manageable feat.

We’re a no-nonsense grass roots agency, after all.

Upon establishing an approved campaign calendar, zö agency is staffed to execute immediately - we work on time and on budget, with measurable KPIs and ongoing weekly and monthly meetings to ensure we’re on the same page.
