TRACY HERFT Principal
Nau mai, haere mai and welcome to Rangi Ruru! Hi, my name is Libby Sexton and I’m so proud and excited to be the Head of School for 2025. Rangi Ruru is such a special place - not just because of the incredible opportunities it offers every student, but because of the amazing people who make up this community.
What I treasure most about my time here are the connections I’ve made — friendships that feel like family and the support of teachers and staff who genuinely care. These relationships have not only helped me grow and challenge myself but have made this place feel like home. Rangi Ruru is a place where you’re encouraged to reach your individual potential.
As you explore the school today, soak up the vibrant energy, the opportunities to try something new, and the warm welcome from everyone you meet. Don’t hesitate to ask questions or say hello - we’re all here to help.
Welcome to Rangi Ruru - I hope you feel as at home here as I do.
