The tenders be addressed to the EXECUTIVE ENGINEER PHE (HYP) DIVISION BANPiPQRE and should reach in this office on or before I 5/02/2014 upto 2:00 pm by hand or by post. The tenders will be opened on the same day or any other day convenient to the tender receiving authority in presence of intending Tenderers who may like to be present there. In case the date of receipt of tenders happened to be holiday/ Hartal or so the tenders shall be received on the next working day/ date upto 2:00 pm.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS 1. The earnest money in shape of CDR from any scheduled bank @2% of the advertised amount of the work should be attached with the application while putting forth for issuance offender document without: which no tender document shall be issued. 2. The applicant/ contractor must approach in person alongwith his valid REGISTRATION CARP AND TIN NO/PAN NO ETC without which he shall not be entitled to obtain tender document. 3. The Tenderers shall have to cost their tenders on tender documents to be issued in favour of the intending Tenderers from 12/02/20 i 4 to 13/02/2014 upto 3:00 pm on remittance of cost of tender documents shown against each work. 4. The envelope containing tenders shall be made temper proof [by sealing all joints properly with transparent tape over it. 5. The Tenderer shall have to quote his rate legibly and should sign underneath of rates and transparent tape should be fixed on the rates/ amount. 6. The envelope must contain one tender only and should be fclearly marked as 'TENDER FOR" name of the work, Amount of the work and Name of the Contractor, without which the envelope shall not be considered as tender. 7. The agency / Tenderer shall have to give the analysis of rateis in case the rates are not found reasonable i.e. 10% or below SSR-2012 he shall deposit an additional amount to the tune of 5% of advertized (cost and shall support the rate analysis for such items of work where the rate has been quoted as 10% or below SSR-2012.
