Thanks to this philosophy, 1nergiek also boasts an exceptionally stable team. Clients always get to see the same faces, despite the tight job market. “We’ve won an award for the best professional services organization not once, but twice, based on an annual employee satisfaction survey carried out by the market research firm Integron. For the past two years, we’ve hit the number one spot with a 7,84 in 2021. And last year we received an 8,01 from our cleaning colleagues!”

Changing needs
Besides high quality, Eddy stresses that 1nergiek also offers maximum flexibility.
“We build lasting relationships with our clients. Total trust is crucial for a good partnership. We do our best to seamlessly meet clients’ changing needs. They’re constantly evolving, and that means so are we. You have to stay on a learning curve.”
Among other things, that means being critical about their own services, thinking about how they can do better and if they are doing enough. “But also, we’ll be honest and tell clients if scaling down is possible. The rise of hybrid working and irregular office occupancy is making the ability to scale services up or down more important. Our colleagues on-site are attuned to that and understand exactly what is – or isn’t – needed. So obviously, we listen to them.”
Learning from each other
“We rely on our strength and our cleaning colleagues are our most important asset”, Laetitia says. “That’s why, six times a year, the whole team gathers for interactive sessions to learn from each other. Regional managers furthermore each oversee only a small group of clients and colleagues. A conscious choice to give the right time and attention to everyone’s needs and wishes.”
Good service is also reflected in a high standard of hospitality. 1nergiek’s service hosts make all the difference at office buildings and retail centres. “Like a concierge, they’re the visible point of contact for facility services”, Laetitia explains. “They take care of all the things you can’t get done by tapping some keys. Things like giving visitors, clients and employees a warm welcome or help someone, accepting parcels, being there when the lift repairman comes around or mopping up a spilled cup of coffee. But they’re important at an interpersonal level as well. They’re the face of the building. And, of course, ours too. We’re proud of that.”
