I am filled with anticipation as I embark on the journey of merging my interior design expertise with my architectural knowledge. It is through this fusion that I aspire to create memorable spaces that leave a lasting impact on those who inhabit them. GENERAL WORKFOW:

As a collaborative designer, I specialize in assisting fellow designers in creating captivating colour schemes and selecting unique furniture pieces that align with specific property styles and budgets. My workflow begins by meticulously curating moodboards for each room, capturing the desired ambience and aesthetic. These moodboards serve as a foundation for the subsequent stages of the design process, where I bring the concepts to life through initial renders and visual representations.

Floor plan drawings have always been an integral part of my work as an architectural graduate. Over the years, they have become a trusted companion in my design process. To create these drawings, I utilize CAD and Revit, and occasionally employ SketchUp, depending on the nature and potential of the project.

By harnessing these powerful tools, I generate detailed building plans that serve as a foundation for further discussions with senior team members. Collaboratively, we explore furniture layouts and brainstorm renovation ideas, ensuring we present our clients with a comprehensive and compelling vision.

While I haven’t had the opportunity to engage in town planning and design documentation tasks in my current role, architectural drafting has remained a vital aspect of my professional development. By delving into the intricacies of architectural drafting, I gained a comprehensive understanding of the principles and best practices involved in translating design concepts into precise and compliant technical drawings. This process equipped me with the ability to navigate complex projects and ensure adherence to relevant regulations.

Once the design selections have been finalized, it’s time to dive into the realm of Photoshop! This powerful tool becomes my trusted ally as I work handin-hand with mood boards to demonstrate to clients how the designs will seamlessly integrate into their existing spaces.

Whether it’s showcasing the perfect color scheme, highlighting furniture arrangements, or accentuating the play of light, Photoshop enables me to bring the designs to life in a tangible and relatable manner.

I have always been fueled by a deep passion for creating renders. However, it’s unfortunate that the budgets of many clients often limit the opportunities to fully explore the realm of renders. Despite this limitation, I find solace in the intricate world of interior renders, where attention to detail and the art of capturing smaller objects takes center stage. It’s akin to digitally crafting property styling masterpieces and infusing them with enchanting lighting effects. I derive immense joy from immersing myself in this process, and the results never cease to amaze me.

As designers, we are sometimes tasked with on-site decor responsibilities, where we assume the vital role of showcasing the intended aesthetic to workers. Every aspect demands meticulous consideration to ensure the best possible outcome. It has allowed me to view things from a fresh perspective, recognizing the intricate relationship between design and the physical environment. By immersing myself in these hands-on tasks, I have discovered new dimensions of design that extend beyond the drawing board.

In addition to my architectural pursuits, I have also engaged in freelance graphic design tasks during my spare time. The exploration of different design elements, such as typography, layout, and color palettes, has allowed me to expand my creative repertoire and enhance my overall design acumen. I am confident that my proficiency in graphic design will serve as an extra asset in my endeavors as an architectural designer, and I look forward to demonstrating the fruits of this creative fusion.
