Issue 8– March 2014 Recruits on Course Five new recruits from 1982 (Huyton) Squadron RAF Air Cadets have recently passed their Recruit Training Course held at their Squadron Headquarters in The Park, Huyton. Assisting with the course was Cadet Flight Sergeant Aron Stott, he commented; “The Recruit Training Course is fundamental to the cadet’s development, it gives them the freedom put the skills they have learnt of a parade night into practice under the watchful eyes of the Cadet Non-Commissioned Officers, where any mistakes can then be corrected.” Huyton Squadron Air Cadets covers part of the South Liverpool area and offers a host of opportunities to local youngsters aged 13 and over.
