ARIES March 21st April 20th Upsetting news about a community issue will arrive on the 12th, due to a stressful Full Moon. Government officials have been cutting deals behind the scenes. These negotiations will have a negative impact on the people living in your neighbourhood. It would be wise to band together and devise a plan for defying these orders. There is power in numbers. A Solar Eclipse on the 26th highlights your leadership ability. You'll be asked to take the helm of an influential organisation. Your ability to fundraise and organise will cultivate success. Don't be surprised if you become something of a local celebrity as a result of this role. People will be impressed with your ability to spin straw into gold. You also command a loyal following, thanks to your ability to deliver on promises. The end of December will find your sphere of influence expanding. When you talk, others will listen.
You'll be placed in an awkward position in the middle of December. Your boss may ask you to take the blame for their mistake on the 12th, when a Full Moon threatens to expose their ineptitude. Being unemployed during the Christmas season is never a happy situation, but keep the faith. A Solar Eclipse on the 26th will reap handsome financial rewards. An inheritance, legal settlement or insurance refund will be unexpectedly rewarded to you. This windfall will greatly improve your lifestyle. Not only will you be able to cover your expenses, you'll be able to pay your debts and enjoy a few luxuries, too. This improved financial situation will take the pressure off an intimate relationship, paving the way for some passionate encounters at the end of 2019. CANCER June 22nd July 23rd

Chesterfield Market at Christmas…
For the tastiest local produce for your Christmas meal, not to mention Christmas gift ideas for family and friends – Chesterfield Market and Market Hall has all you need. Ibbotsons fruit and veg stall has been standing on Chesterfield market since 1945 and is run by the third generation of the Ibbotson family. They recently merged with Ayres fruit and veg stall and stand on the market six days per week offering top quality fruit, vegetables and salad produce. Owner Nick Ibbotson says: “We now have much more room to display the produce – meaning we are now able to stock more produce and offer more variety for our customers. Their produce is, where possible, sourced locally to reduce the mileage involved and the impact on the environment. Nick says: “We source as much as we can locally – everything is much fresher than you would get in a supermarket. “The big sellers at Christmas are carrots, sprouts and parsnips – people tend to buy them
for Christmas lunch whether they like them or not.” The ones we have here will have been growing in the ground yesterday and are here on the stall today ready for you to cook tomorrow.” Chesterfield Market Hall hosts a variety of stalls to offer you the ingredients for your perfect Christmas including: W Hodkin and RB Elliott and son Butchers offering a variety
of meat and poultry; Lamb’s cupcakes offering Christmas cakes, biscuits and traybakes and the Fruit and Nut Centre selling dried fruits for your cakes and puddings and nuts for after your Christmas meal. Chesterfield Magistrates Court…
Former Chesterfield magistrates court sold for residential conversion. The Grade II-listed former magistrates court in Chesterfield has been sold for residential conversion following a deal by Innes England. ARC Vantage, who specialise in residential conversion and are experienced in refurbishing listed buildings, bought Knightsbridge Court for an undisclosed sum. Knightsbridge Court is centrally located in the town between Rose Hill and West Bars. Set within 1.1 acres, it has been
granted planning permission for 30 apartments over three floors. Designed by Professor Joseph Stanley Allen, a renowned architect, planner and academic, the property was completed in 1956 and was listed in 1998. It was used as Chesterfield’s Magistrates Court until the court moved to a new building on Tapton Lane. Chris Wright, Associate Director at Innes England, said: “Knightsbridge Court has been empty for a number of years and had sadly become the target for vandalism and fallen into disrepair.” “This deal will see the building being brought back into use and bring employment opportunities for local people during the construction.” “The conversion will not only deliver much-needed housing to Chesterfield but also safeguard the future of this landmark building.”
Adam Cavell, Director at ARC Vantage Limited, said: “This is an exciting project for ARC Vantage. As developers, we are highly motivated in the regeneration and restoration of Listed Buildings and relishing the opportunity to restore this building to its former glory.” “We also understand the need for high quality, inner city housing stock. It is our aim to deliver premium city living to the market next year.” By Brogan O'Callaghan Destinartion Chesterfield
