Go left at stop sign at end of ramp, left at first light, (takes you under I-95), left at next light (takes you onto Sargent Drive), then right at next light between the Mobil Station and the Bank of America. Long Wharf Theatre is on your left, halfway back in the Food Terminal lot. • From Trumbull: Take Merritt Parkway North (Rt. 15) to I-95 North to Exit 46. Follow directions above. • From Boston: Take I-90 West to I-84 West and continue to the Hartford area. Take Exit 57 to I-91 South, Continue on I-91 to New Haven, then get on I-95 South. Take

Exit 46 off I-95. Go right at end of ramp and continue on Sargent Drive. Turn left between the Mobil gas station and the Bank of America. Long Wharf Theatre is on your left, halfway back in the Food Terminal lot. • From Danbury: Take I-84 East to Route 34 and continue to New Haven. Turn right onto Ella Grasso Blvd. (Route 10), then left at the second light onto Legion Avenue. Continue onto Route 34 East, then bear right onto the ramp for I-95 South (towards New York City). Take I-95 South to Exit 46. Go right at end of ramp and continue on Sargent Drive. Turn left between the Mobil gas station and the Bank of America. Long Wharf Theatre is on your left, halfway back in the Food Terminal lot. DIRECTIONS BY TRAIN Long Wharf Theatre is minutes away by taxi (203-777-7777) from the New Haven Metro North/Amtrak Station. Trains run frequently from both Grand Central Station (800-2236052) and Penn Station (800-USA-RAIL) in New York City and from Boston’s South Station (800-USA-RAIL). FREE TICKET EXCHANGES – SAVINGS OF $10 PER TICKET Subscribers may exchange their tickets, at no charge, up until 24 hours prior to curtain time of their original performance date. The earlier you exchange, the better the selection of dates and seating is likely to be. We encourage you to make alternate plans as soon as possible, especially if you require special seating considerations. Exchanges are allowed within the same play only. IN PERSON: Take your tickets to the box office any time up to 24 hours prior to your originally scheduled performance. Exchange orders received in the mail more than ten days prior to the new performance will automatically be mailed to the subscriber address on file; orders received less than ten days prior will automatically be held for pickup at the box office. We encourage subscribers to share a favorite play with others. This discount may not be combined with any other offer. TICKET INSURANCE If your tickets are lost or destroyed, simply call the box office as early as possible to request duplicates. Please bring appropriate identification when picking up duplicate tickets at the box office. COME AGAIN! Subscribers are welcome to see any subscription play a second time as Long Wharf’s guest. Simply call the box office and confirm your subscription account number to receive your complimentary tickets. Please note tickets are subject to availability and may only be requested for similarly priced performances and sections. “Come Again” tickets must be picked up in person by the subscriber with proper identification. Special Seating Needs Please notify the box office when placing your order if anyone in your party requires wheelchair seating or other special accommodations. The parking lot in front of the theatre includes a number of spaces reserved for patrons with appropriate handicapped parking documentation. If anyone in your party requires special assistance inside the theatre, please speak with any usher or ask to see the house manager. ASSISTIVE Listening NEEDS: INFRARED LISTENING SYSTEM Both the Claire Tow Stage in the C. Newton Schenck III Theatre and Stage II are equipped with an infrared listening system for the hearing impaired. Headsets are available at the box office at no charge, although proper identification is required. Telecoil Hearing Loop The Claire Tow Stage in the C. Newton Schenck III Theatre is now equipped with a hearing loop. To use the hearing loop, simply flip on the t-switch on your hearing aid or cochlear implant to activate the telecoil. No other equipment is necessary! Latecomer Seating As a courtesy to the performers and fellow audience members, ticket holders who arrive after the performance has begun will be seated at the earliest possible break, at the discretion of the house manager. In many

cases latecomers will be directed to the most easily accessible open seats, and may be relocated to their ticketed seats at intermission. We urge you to allow sufficient travel time to accommodate unexpected construction or traffic delays. Donating Your Unused Tickets If you are unable to use your tickets, please consider donating them to the theatre in exchange for a tax-deductible receipt anytime prior to your ticketed performance. (Receipts will be issued by mail to each patron at the end of the run. Please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery.) Please note that tickets must be exchanged at least 24 hours in advance of the ticketed performance in order to receive a taxdeductible receipt. Inclement Weather In the extremely rare event that bad weather would pre-empt a scheduled performance, the box office will do its best to notify you by email or telephone. (Be sure we have your correct information on file. Check longwharf.org for information as well.) If weather conditions prevent you from attending a scheduled performance, we ask you to call the box office at least two hours before curtain time to exchange into another performance. Emergency Contact Number If you are a physician on call or a parent with a baby sitter we ask that you leave your name and seat location with the house manager. Please instruct anyone who may need to reach you during a performance to call our house management number, 203-772-8211. The house manager will attempt to to locate you at a suitable break.
