Hi and thank you for checking out our 2013 Culture Book. It means a ton to us to be able to share our journey as we build the best company to work at in the world, a mission that is one of our founding core commitments. We believe that building an organization with a higher purpose and one that makes a difference in the world is extremely important. Living that mission each day is not only another one of our core commitments, but it also keeps us excited to jump up and come to work each day. We believe this combination of higher purposes gives meaning to every task we do every day and creates a company where people love to come to work. A happy workplace will naturally transfer to an unbelievable experience for our clients and their customers which is, not coincidentally, another one of our founding core commitments. 2013 was an amazing year and a year of many huge milestones for 360: a year full of lessons and a year full of fun. Sadly, it was also a year where we experienced a shattering loss. In the loss of Todd Skinner, we lost a key figure in our company as well as one of my best friends. Someone who was always focused on helping people achieve more than they thought possible or, as his ‘Happiness is’ sign said, “Helping people achieve their dreams”. Todd would be proud of what we accomplished in 2013. Some highlights include: • Winning the 2nd best place to work in Canada (or as we like to refer to it – the future best place to work award!).
• We grew from 60 to over 110 people. • We doubled in revenue. • We opened an office in Haiti that is positively impacting the lives of over 100 people every day. • We raised over $35,000 through our my360wish.com program to help organizations like charity: water, Movember, Anaphylaxis Canada, a local family who lost their home in a fire and another local family who needed some help during the holiday season. The next few years are going to be an epic adventure as we continue our rocket-ship ride of growth; a ride that will give all of us the opportunity to grow personally and professionally and to achieve things we could previously only dream of. And, as Travis, Jay, and myself promised Todd on September 14th, we will build the best company to work for in the world – that was his dream and is our shared dream and one we will carry on. We hope you enjoy our culture book and our visual representation of an amazing 2013. I couldn’t possibly end this without reminding you: we’re just getting started! Cheers,
Jason Atkins, CEO & Founder 360incentives.com

When a global client needed a solution for their incentives programs in the UK, 360 sprung into action: a London office was established, an amazing team was hired and programs were implemented in record time.
Parties, themed lunch meetings, group fundraising, fitness challenges, pie-eating contests and more: in 2013 the 360incentives team continued to “have fun and still get s**t done!

Inspired by Samasource’s mission statement: “We connect women and youth living in poverty to dignified work via the Internet”, 360 established a team working out of an office in PortAu-Prince, Haiti. Giving opportunity instead of charity helps us fulfill our third commitment in a way that changes the world every day.

360’s founder and CEO Jason Atkins knew before the company even existed that he wanted to deliver an unbelievable experience to his clients and to make an unbelievable workplace for his employees. Our ongoing challenge 5 years later: keep making it happen, and make it last. 360 has since gone on to be named second best place to work in Canada by Great Place To Work® and featured in national media alongside global brands like Google and Microsoft. A healthy culture is key for any business, but is particularly important for the work we do at 360incentives. In a nutshell, we make it easier for global brands to execute sales incentives and promotions, which helps them to increase sales and engagement. We do this through our industry-leading Channel Marketing Platform. This technology solution makes it easier for companies to execute sales spiffs, consumer rebates, instant rebates, sell-through allowances and other programs for manufacturers and distributors.
Whether we are answering the phones or responding to emails from retail sales associates on the ground, we are an extension of our client’s brand. We aren’t only serving our clients every day, we are also serving our client’s customers. With stakes this high, we’d better bring our best to every single interaction. We need to make sure our entire team shows up everyday ready to be cheerful, proactive and go above and beyond for every single call. They are fueled, motivated and inspired by our culture. It’s part of everything we do. In creating this book, we wanted share with you exactly what we mean by organizational culture and why it is so essential to our business. Maybe you’ll be inspired to take a fresh look at the culture of your own business.

What can I say about you Todd, that has not yet been said…so many great people surrounded you and that was your intention. To those of you who knew Todd: either one of “the guys” - his longtime friends, a carefully chosen client, business partner, employee, a family member or casual acquaintance…you must realize that Todd recognized something special in you. I know there were many of you: he and I were and are blessed to have such amazing people in our lives. Over the past few weeks, a huge comfort to me has been the i ncredible stories, sentiment, art work, poems, comments and amazing video footage that people have passed on. It feels so good to know others loved him as much as I do. They recognized him for his heart for the community, his determination and passion for both business and people. There is no need for me to repeat the wonderful things that have already been said but there is so much I can say, as his wife, that others may not know about my amazing husband Todd. When I lost you that day my sweet boy, I lost not only my husband but my biggest cheerleader, my own personal court jester and a most incredible listener, partner in crime and best friend. You were the most fun person in the world to travel with. You always let me pick the hotel which was not always the wisest choice according to your investors. More importantly, you just wanted to see and do everything; but when there were times where I just couldn’t do something one day, if I wasn’t feeling well, that was OK with you too. You would sneak out while I was sleeping, pick up my favorite food from whatever country or place we were in at the time and we’d “tuck in” and watch movies. You were such a busy man: so many people wanting a piece of you, to spend time with you, needing your support or advice. I didn’t ever mind cause I knew you loved it and it was important to you, but somehow, some way you still always put me first. I knew I was number one. I think that our crazy lifestyle and your even crazier schedules worked for us only because we did love each other so much and I wanted you to do the things you loved to do and I knew no matter what or where you were, if I needed you…you’d be there… and you were. Never once in our 17 year marriage did we go to bed without talking about our day and saying “good night”. Distance, space and time zones didn’t matter. I guess, my sweet boy, that is why it was so hard the day you left on September 10...it was the first time ever we didn’t get to kiss one another and say “good night”, but I do know I will say, “hello” again and I look forward to that day. For now I’m here and I will go on. I will be OK because you gave me the strength to do that! It was an honor and an amazing, wild, incredible experience being your wife. No one will ever love me in quite the same way ever again. We had the best, most exciting, unexpected 23 years together. I wish we’d had more time…but I can truly say...“I had the time of my life!” Love you Babe! Never will I forget you... Elaine Skinner September 29, 2013 54
