Workplace culture is kind of a funny thing. For starters, as a company you have a workplace culture whether you acknowledge it or not. Whether you put energy and intent in to it or not. Whether you care about it or not. Luckily for us, 360 cares a lot about the culture of our workplace and backs that up with a ton of energy and intent. We celebrate our wins together, we acknowledge our challenges and we do our best to stay connected to each other and to our founding commitments. The will to be great is very strong with 360, and that is an attitude that prevails here from top to bottom. So, what is workplace culture? It depends who you ask, of course, but it pretty much boils down to a generally agreed upon set of behaviours around how people conduct themselves at a company when nobody is looking. At 360, our culture means knowing without having to talk about it that your team is committed to excellence and to pushing your project to the finish line. It means having the feeling of true teamwork and knowing that everyone around you is pulling together toward a common goal. Specifically it means knowing that your Dev team is amped about building an amazing product; that your Client Success team loves converting that angry caller or negative tweeter into a new fan. It means knowing that everyone wants what is best for the collective good, and is enrolled in the success of the company by being enrolled in the success of each other. So what is the culture of 360insights? It is a culture of trust. It means knowing that each action we take each day; each interaction and each task all contribute to our founding principles and push us, however incrementally, closer to being the greatest place to work in the world.

One of the main benefits of being a values-driven company is having that set of values in place to guide your actions. Over the years, our team has faced at least our share of challenges and all the while 360’s core values have helped us prioritize, make the best choices and keep our collective sense of humour. As a result, those tough times have only served to make us stronger. As a company, it is both exciting and important to us to acknowledge and celebrate our values as a matter of day-to-day operations. Even more exciting and important though, is the opportunity each year to celebrate individuals on the team who stand out in how they live 360’s values. Congratulations and thank you to all the winners; we honour and appreciate you.
