‫ﺘﻬﺩﻑ ﻫﺫﻩ ﺍﻟﺩﺭﺍﺴﺔ ﻟﻠﺘﻌﺭﻑ ﻋﻠﻰ ﻤﺩﻯ ﺃﺜﺭ ﺘﻁﺒﻴﻕ ﺃﺴﻠﻭﺏ ﺍﻟﺘﺴﻭﻴﻕ ﺍﻟﻤﺼﺭﻓﻲ ﺍﻻﻟﻜﺘﺭﻭﻨﻲ‬ ‫ﻋﻠﻰ ﺠﻭﺩﺓ ﺍﻟﺨﺩﻤﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﻤﺼﺭﻓﻴﺔ ﺒﺎﻟﻤﺼﺎﺭﻑ ﺍﻟﻌﺎﻤﻠﺔ ﻓﻲ ﻟﻴﺒﻴﺎ ﻭﺘﺤﺩﻴﺩﺍ ﺍﻟﻤﺼﺎﺭﻑ ﺍﻟﻌﺎﻤﻠـﺔ ﺒﻤﺩﻴﻨـﺔ‬
