If you are interested in becoming an FCC Provider or would like to discuss the program more, contact Joe McLeer at 01638-52-2170/ 226-2170 or e-mail to joe.mcleer@us.af.mil. Peter Rabbit
The Commuter
We can all agree that the beloved Beatrix Potter books are charming and elegant. The film version of Potters' children's book, "The Tale of Peter Rabbit", is no different. It depicts the famous vegetable garden battle that was between Mr. McGregor, and Peter Rabbit and his siblings. After Mr. McGregor's' sudden death, his nephew Thomas moves into his home where he discovers his uncles' garden swamped with rabbits. The movie will expose you to the schemes during this feud and witness the relationship that develops between Thomas and Peter Rabbit; offering the audience a Paddington -style feel when watching the movie and sharing a few great laughs with their family!
Being a fan of Liam Neeson, this film was right in line with his other action movies. I feel as though two of his films, "Non-Stop" and "Unknown" were collaborated and gave birth to "The Commuter". The movie is about an insurance salesman named Michael who commutes to work by train every day. On one unusual day, he meets a mysterious woman who requests his help to uncover the identity of someone onboard that very train. If he is successful she will award him $100,000; if he fails they will kill his family. This action-packed film has an interesting storyline, but not enough thrill to leave you at the edge of your seat. The film will have you feeling as if you had already seen it before.

Ask Dr Vincins Advice Column Dear Dr Vincins I always see the negative in things. It makes me jump to the worst conclusion I can think of, it makes me constantly over think the simplest of things, and highly anxious over every decision I have to make. How can I change this? Glass Half Empty
The Center for Insight & Awareness located in Mildenhall Dear Glass Half Empty, Often seeing the negative in things is from negative thinking, and in turn, from your negative beliefs about yourself. Having negative beliefs about yourself is something that we all have, and really has an impact on decision making. With greater awareness people can overcome these beliefs. The easiest way to overcome and change this, is through self reflection. However, this can be quite a challenge. My recommendation is to work with a therapist, as the process becomes much quicker and often more interesting for you. Dr Vincins
Dear Dr Vincins I'm a happily married man, whose best friend is a woman, as well as a colleague. We've been friends for years and my wife is cool with it, but lately my friend has been acting kind of weird around me. When I confronted her, she confessed she's been in love with me for a while now and that she just couldn't hide it any longer. She says it will not change things between us, as she understands that I'm happy with my wife, but I'm worried it already has. Plus, there's no way my wife would let us hang around together if she ever found out about my friend's feelings for me. What do I do? I really don't want to lose either of the women in my life. Torn Between Two Women Dear Torn Between Two Women, Even though it sounds as you may be feeling quite confused, the answer is quite clear. When potential threats to the building blocks of marriage arise, it is important you recognize how fragile these building blocks really are. These particular building blocks involve; trust, honesty and integrity to your wife. When put this way, is there really any question where your loyalty should be? Placing boundaries with your friend, and letting your wife know the situation, may lead to some uncomfortable conversations, but in the end your marriage will remain intact. If there are further feelings you need to explore about either your commitment to your marriage, or about your friend, it is important you speak with someone impartial, like a therapist who can help you to work through your conflict. Dr Vincins
