The OCONUS Respite Care Program is designed to assist Air Force families at overseas locations with short-term, specialized care to help reduce the stresses associated with caring for an Exceptional Family Member. Sibling care is also available up to age 13 years. Eligibility Requirements: Member of the Air Force, Active Duty. Verification of at least one family member who has been identified and an Exceptional Family Member or Airman must be Q-coded.
