ur printing department can create and print a range of personalized products to include T-Shirts, ceramic mugs, printed plates color vinyl decals and mousepads. Vinyl Decals are printed using printed vinyl. Decals can be printed up to 16” and are applied using transfer tape. Decal examples include decals for signs, wooden tail flashes constructed by the Wood Shop and various personalized items. Mouse Mats are printed on 7.5x9.75 sublimatable pads. Mouse mat examples include going away gifts and birthday & holiday presents.
Ceramic Mugs are printed using sublimation process. We print on 10oz & 15oz white mugs and 10oz color changing mugs (red, blue and turquoise) Mug examples include going away gifts, birthday presents and holiday gifts. SUBLIMATION FUN FACTS: Sublimation was created in 1957 and is considered a newer process compared to other printing styles. It was invented in France by French researcher Noel de Plasse. He noticed that certain dyes seemed to change directly to a gas state when heated at extreme temperatures, which led to a new method of printing.
