TGO Realty consists of eight active Florida licensed real estate sales associates plus one Qualifying Broker; two offi ce staff and one maintenance person. The offi ce is inside The Welcome Center which is open seven days a week and off ers such services as Notary Public, copy and fax, fi les on all TGO properties (including surveys, plot plans, fl oorplans, etc. when available), and manages a Rental Pool for owners and the rally lot, which brings in potential new owners! Our front desk makes sure all renters are given the resort rules, pool wrist bands and menus to The Blue Heron and The Café and golf course info. TGO REALTY SALES During the period of 01/01/2021 thru 04/05/2022, TGO Realty agents’ sales have brought in approximately $531,353 in Initial Assessment Fees. These funds are used for community improvements, beautifi cation of common areas, and as needed by CSA for the community. TGO REALTY MARKETING Our website, www.tgoresort.com, is responsible for capturing 855 fi rst time potential clients who are fi rst time visitors taking tours, renting sites through the rental pool or calling in for information on our listings or who want general information about the resort. (Based on dates of 01/01/2021 thru 04/05/2022) TGO Realty pays for all advertising of the resort including the I-95 billboard, annual TGO full-color magazine, advertising in RV publications such as Good Sam and operation of The Welcome Center. TGO REALTY FUNDRAISING EFFORT TGO Realty organized and hosted such fundraisers as the 50’s Sock Hop, Mardi Gras dinner and dance, the Flip Flop Luau, Denim & Diamonds dinner and dance, and the Fun Fair Strawberry Shortcake Booth all to raise funds for TGO beautifi cation, building The Nature Center, construction of the Front Entry and new Guard House, planted trees and plants at Lake Judy, installed weedblock and rock on East Plantation by storage area, installed palm trees on Coach Club and renovations for the Juke Box.
