Her 2015 natural calf, Fire Storm 28C, current herdsire at Hill Haven and with semen sales influencing genetics in the US and Australia, was Grand Champion Bull in 2016 at Royal Agricultural Winter Fair, Toronto. Also, Breathtaker’s natural bull calf this year by CSF Evolution is simply awesome and show ring bound. If her progeny record is not convincing enough, Breathtaker is also a show ring dazzler. She has two Grand Champion Female banners and a Reserve Grand Champion Female banner in 2012, 2013 & 2014 at the Royal Agricultural Winter Fair and that was following her calf championship win at Canadian Western Agribition in 2011. Breeding & Health All sale cattle are sound and in good health; all sale animals as well as all the consignors’ respective herds of cattle are on annual vaccination and parasite control programs. All cattle sell under the standard breeding guarantee as endorsed by the CSA and ASA. The sellers request that any female sold as open who fails to conceive to a bull should be reported to the seller before that female reaches 18 months of age. All females sold as bred have been pregnancy checked and declared by a veterinarian to be safe in calf and a veterinarian’s certificate will be available.

Flushes & Embryos On embryo packages of 3 embryos, the seller guarantees to the buyer one pregnancy if put in by a certified embryo technician. All embryos are exportable to the US and UK unless stated Canada only in the individual footnote.

US Shipments All health documents and border documentation required for the export of live cattle to the US will be provided by the seller at no cost to the buyer; at the buyers request, the seller will make trucking arrangements to the US at the buyers cost. Canadian Delivery At the buyer’s request the seller will make arrangements

to have cattle delivered to all points across Canada at the buyers expense. For further details on delivery options please contact the consignor directly.

Liability & Insurance Each animal becomes the risk of the buyer as soon as

sold. Purchased animals will be cared for by the seller for a reasonable amount of time to be mutually agreed. It is advised that buyers purchase full insurance for the value of the animal; Insurance will be available at the settlement desk. Neither the owners, employees, auctioneers or sale personnel can be responsible for accidents, but they will make every effort to provide for the safety and comfort of those attending.

Registration, Transfers & Certificate Of Registry All live sale lots are

registered unless noted as pending. Canadian registry will be transferred to the new owner and the appropriate Canadian certificate will be furnished for each animal in a timely manner.
