Proposed Working Rules for the Provisional Executive Committee
1.
The Provisional Executive Committee shall function in the twenty-third session of the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology during the vacancy of the Executive Committee.
2.
The Provisional Executive Committee is authorized to take up the administrative work of the Union.
3.
The Person-in-charge and Members of the Provisional Executive Committee shall be appointed by the Council, HKUSTSU. The Person-in-charge and Members are as follows: Provisional Executive Committee Person-in-charge Provisional Executive Committee Member Provisional Executive Committee Member Provisional Executive Committee Member Provisional Executive Committee Member Provisional Executive Committee Member Provisional Executive Committee Member Provisional Executive Committee Member The Council, HKUSTSU reserves the right to remove or renew the appointment within the functioning time of the committee by resolution.
4.
The respective Person-in-charge shall be responsible for the proper working of the Committees and be responsible to the HKUSTSU Council. They may be required to report to the Council in Council Meetings.

The Council reserves the right to dissolve the Committee.

Any Complaint related to the Committee should be referred to and handled by the Council, HKUSTSU. The complaints would be handles in the way that the Council considered appropriates.
7.
The Council, HKUSTSU shall take up the necessary administrative work of union in the event of any vacancy of Provisional Executive Committee.
