With this project, we want create a community lives with trees、animal and nature.
PERMEATING
The first concept is .Which means nature、trees、people come together and live in this community.They permeate into the site and fill the square.
PULL PEOPLE OUT
The second one is .These year,the earth is headind environment problem, so “green concept” is everywhere.Whit this project, force people out of building is a good way to get closer to the nature.
COMMUNITY IN THE WOODS
Like I said, is what we want.With these tree, the air will be cool down in summer and people can return to the orignal form “wild animal“in these trees.

THE SHAPES OF THE CITY
People will gather in these public square.
Noise Effects to the site North in the site is noisier than the south site, so we set the buildings by the publicness from the most public to the most private.

Wind Effects to the site In order to reduce the cold wind in winter, we put sports center to the northside and set daycare to the southside. The environment in this site will be more comfortable by this way.

CHAPTER #4 why these trees
HOW WE CHOOSE THESE TREES?
The site is in a big park-Chonglun Park.There’s many trees in the park.Including Madagascar Almond、Banyan etc.With the concept “live in the wood“, we want to keep the orignal environment in the site.So we save the trees as possible we can. But we found that the roots of Banyan are bad to the basement structure.So we just keep Madagascar Almond,and plant more of them. Also, we planted Australian tea trees and Taiwan golden-rain trees.
MADAGASCAR ALMOND Madagascar Almond can grow to at least 20m.They are huge tree but not pampered.They need only sunlight and water.Don’t worry their roots.It’s common you see them beside the road.Which means their roots are not a threat to RC or other kinds of structure. Madagascar Almond have thin trunk and small leaves.They looks like a big huge gentle giant, open their arms to pretect the people underneath.
TAIWAN GOLDEN=RAIN TREE Taiwan golden-rain trees can grow to at least 20m. They are born in Taiwan.Their looks will follow the four seasons and that’s why we choose Taiwan golden-rain tree. They are green when It’s spring. When the summer comes, flowers are bout to blossom and the whole trees will turn red.When fall comes, flowers fade, and the trees turn to a little brown.We would know the seasons only when we see Taiwan golden-rain trees.

CHAPTER #5 HERBS
HERB PLANTS We found that there’s a lot of mosquitoes and other insects.That will be a huge problem to the site.Beside, we want to improve the environment by architecture and plants we choose.In this “insects issue“ we choose 4 kinds of herb plants which can perfectly chase mosquitoes out.
