Continue to build an organizational footprint that supports our simultaneous efforts to expand NWA engagement, development additional programming options, grow the depth and expanse of our rEcess network and solidify a global model for the future.

Build Organizational Footprint • Hire office/development position • Transition to donor database • Pursue and develop Center options and ideas**** • Expand development (through local vols, art shows, etc.) • Continue building our network of relationships • Increase funding Streams from rEcess and other 99 Balloons Programming

Expand our NWA Engagement • Develop new programming ideas for local families with national replication in mind. • Provide additional opportunities to local volunteers. • Pursue & develop center options and ideas. • Expand the cluster of rEcess sites in NWA. • Provide local on-ramps through annual Engage conference. • Look for ways to provide educational resources and information on special education to families already engaging 99 Balloons through rEcess, Engage conference, etc.

Develop Additional Programming Options (not rEcess) NWA:: • Implement and beta-test small, new opportunities for local families. • Implement and beta-test small, new opportunities for local volunteers. • Develop and pitch new idea for engagement to local church.

NATIONAL :: • Expand Coaching and Consulting • Determine which, if any, of new local programming to replicate to national and international partners.

Grow rEcess Network DEPTH WITH EXISTING SITES:: Increase Communal Identity among rEcess sites and 99 Balloons • Generate more emphasis on joining a movement to champion inclusion in the church, less on simply executing a program • Use NWA offerings to families as means to develop resources for rEcess sites. • Increase rEcess site involvement in Global offerings (trips, 99 Network, Documentary Screening).

EXPAND TO NEW SITES:: • Actively market rEcess and other 99 Balloons offerings (Google grant, children’s ministry conferences). • Expand rEcess promotional materials (promo videos, brochures, social media plan). • Beta test a regional activator/coordinator model

Solidify Global Model • Provide global trips for professionals and volunteers to engage pwd. • Grow 99 Network funds for global projects. • Continue discussions with ELIM about potential model of partnership. • Release Notable:: Central Asia documentary for screenings. • Create a respite model that translates to the developing world.

Strategy = Build Organizational Footprint • Hire office/development position • Distribute job description to Board of Directors and networks asking for distribution and recommendations. • Interview 5 candidates for the position. • Hire for position by end of March (assuming a viable candidate has surfaced)

• Transition to Donor database • Enter all records starting in January into new system. • Implement, update, edit and evaluate new system throughout the year. • Establish a work history of 1 complete year’s cycle including art show and end of year.

• Pursue and develop Center options and ideas**** • Continue discussions with potential partners including Christ Community. • Work with Board members and or committee(s) to develop a plan for further defining the vision, timeline and procedures.

• Expand development (through local vols, art shows, etc.) • DC & Fort Worth fundraisers. • Continuing evolvement of City Sessions:: Fayetteville model • Develop an online Giving Day (with Pure Charity) • Continue exploring monetization of current offerings and potential offerings: ✴rEcess sites ✴Training Modules • Research local organizations and foundations that might align with local center initiative. • Offer shared fundraising opportunity to rEcess churches using the documentary: 50% to 99 Balloons and 50 % to church’s disability ministry. 5

Strategy = Expand our NWA Engagement • Develop new programming ideas for local families. • Implement and evaluate bi-weekly Mother Support meetings starting in January. • Support New Heights’ summer camp for persons with disabilities this summer at Mount Sequoyah. • Explore potential of after school programming for pwd located at the Boys & Girls Club and submit a report to the Board by mid-year meeting. • Explore potential of over-night respite care model for pwd and submit a report to the Board by mid-year meeting. • Offer Family Support teams to hand-picked rEcess families in the spring and fall semester. • Evaluate our capacit to run or co-own a program for a 99 Balloons intern team for 4-6 weeks of the summer. • Continue dialogue with families, organizations and volunteers on the needs of families in NWA experiencing disability.

Strategy = Grow rEcess Network • Create rEcess promotional video. • Exhibit or speak at a national children’s ministry conference. • Develop at least 3 recess sites where regional coordinators are present (Denver, Toronto, and one metro TBD) • 10 new recess sites outside of regional coordinators efforts. • Develop 1-2 replicable tools to use alongside rEcess.

Strategy = Solidify Global Model • Offer 3 global trips: India, Uganda & Haiti. • Offer 99 Network membership opportunities through documentary viewing and to rEcess volunteers. • Quarterly phone calls with ELIM and one face-to-face meeting. • Develop documentary screening kit and market to rEcess sites and non-rEcess churches. • Goal of 30 screening sites. • Screening “window” from March through May. • Work with global partners on respite translation to additional geographies.
