Task 1: Read the Drawings of Penn Station Expansion and surrounding lots
Task 2: Research specific details regarding private property parcel, zoning, buildings, value
reference: zoning hand book nyc (ZOLA)
Deliverable #1 Translate the property information needed for the easement of Penn Station Expansion into block and lot information. Create a list of the properties from the database. Calculate the transfer tax to be collected for all the properties.
Task 3: Generate the excel to populate the amount of transfer tax to be paid
Task 4: Submit the excel sheet and updated property lot information.
Task 5: Define the outcome in detail (prepare summary deck)
Task1: Figure out the the information needed along with other Interns( Muster points, Office plan layout and miscellaneous)
The document was very useful in getting the meeting started and eventually the representatives of city hall took the decision of not collecting the tax.
Deliverable #2: Prepare a Safety Management Plan for the Newark office.
Deliverable #3: Assist Kevin Phelps in advancing a Pilot Project Delivery Model (PDM) Workshop for Harrison Fourth Track.
Task2: Prepare a draft of the Flyer A4 size(draft)
Task3: Finalize the draft after meeting with the designated office staff
Task 4: Print out the final version for NJ conference rooms (prepare deck)
Task 1: Read the TCRP report and other related documents of Gateway program from sharepoint
Task 2: Fill in the details as provided by Kevin Phelps
Task 3: Prepare the detail document and get reviews from Petra.
Task 4: Organize the meeting on 9 June 2022 with Kevin Phelps and Petra
Task 5: Outcome:Work on the Harrison Fourth Track pre-workshop meeting for delivery approach
Task 6: Prepare agenda, and meeting materials, coordinate and schedule a workshop for Harrison Fourth Track PDM Approach:June 29
Task 7: Set up an Internal meeting and brief Project Managers about the Workshop (Note down relevant points from the discussion)
Task 8: Prepare a summary of the outcome of the workshop, Explain the Harrison fourth track project and present it (prepare deck)
This helped in establishing safety protocols for the GDC office which were long pending.
This helped the team and decision makers to choose an appropriate delivery strategy for the project. It also helped the team to start thinking actively and start mitigating about the potential / unanticipated risks which can occur during the course of the project lifecycle.

Task 1: Refer the document based on Moynihan Train Hall, New York
Task 2:Set up meeting with the respective PM and collect inofrmation about all Gateway Projects
Task 3: Help setting up the flow for report
This will help track the good and bad practices during the lifecycle of various projects and in a long term the expected outcome would be a curated log which can be referred to learn and deliver the projects succesfully
SCOPE MY ROLE OUTCOME
Task 1: Refer the previous Penn Expansion - New York Strategic Plan
Task 2: Gather information and brainstorm idea for document at a program level
Task 3: Escalate the project level information to Program level
Task 4: Organize meeting with senior manager of Real Estate Department and Program Mangager
Deliverable #5: : Initiated the Gateway Real Estate Management plan for all project across Program
Task 5: Work on the feedbacks and suggestions provided in the meeting
Task 6: Incorporate the feedbacks and discuss with Manager to expand more on the Gateway Real estate Management Plan(Identifying the critical and float factors in the process, role of private party in the process, Displacememnt strategy )
Task 7: Prepare a revised document and outline at a Programmtic level for all the projects to proceed forward.
Added the lessons gradually during the process as oberved wth each project advancing
Timely acquistion of property was a major risk factor identified in few of the Gateway projects.To avoid delay in the project's timeline, the initiation of this Document will help fill in the gaps.It will provide resources for the team on funding structure, timeline, and strategy to be used for the property acquisitions. Also, it helped identify various other factors like critical/ float factors, Software approach, and stratgey for working with private partners)

This was a fairly small task which helped to keep in chcek if all the submission deliverables are in place for the prior submission to FTA for going into enrty to engineering phase for Hudson Tunnel Project.
