I have been always fascinated for the world, what it is around me. How the idea of one person, or some, can be reflected in many ways. And how architecture give shape to that. How life can be designed, but also can be unpredictable because of the people. That's what is magic about architecture. LIFE is about PEOPLE. And people needs architecture to live. People needs spaces to be adapted to themselves. But there will never be two same solutions, a constant exercise of learning and discussing how life should be lived.

04 The project is an approach to social housing in Wroclaw (Poland). Avoiding the modernistic block, the project tries to go back to the historical city, by mixing both strategies, indi-

vidual housing and colective housing. The urban strategies used in the old town can be found here creating a friendly enviroment

where its inhabitants create their community. The main point is giving them a blank canvas, in the shape of a house that they will make theirs by modifying it.

06 The environment is shown like a game, where sorrounded by modernistic rigid typologies the people create their own space, tresspassing limits between private and public, offering

multiculturality in a most young approach to the life and social community. All the housing are facing south to profit sunlight at the time

that in north face housing are projecting their own limits as a structure for the public spaces to also create spaces of relation.

08 the main aim of this auditorium is to use the roof as a usable space. At this way, the concept is growing with two triangles which create a path going up and allowing to people to enjoy the weather. The techincal area is located under the auditorium, allowing the artists and trucks for materials/scenario getting into the building with facilitie. The auditorium it’s also provid-

ed with some offices and meeting rooms which can be used to discus the development of the plays or maybe just rented for workshops or rehearsal. Another caracteristic point of the auditorium is the restaurant located just on the top of the entrance, into the highest point of the building. The main foyer pretends also be an

open space with rotating doors connected with the exterior and stairs connected with the restaurant and the corridors located on the sides of the auditorium, which have views to the landscape and where it will be located smalls tables for take a coffee or just talk in the breaks of the play.

The dominacy of the multy-family housing buildings on the sorroundings create an environment that dont allow have a comfortable place to just meet. The concept is generated by the transformation of these totalitarian blocks. The principle to the design is simple and critical with the sorroundigns. Also openings trying to take the people through the building, being not just a toilet but a place to meet.

Regeneration AXONOMETRIC master plan

One of the main axis for traffic is located too close to the city center of the city of Wroclaw. The city is becoming important and needs that area for living and leisure. The proposal creates a new transport system giving more importance to public transport, creating new green spaces connected and bringing people to the river. A waterfront with several activities availables during the entire year is VIEW created.

the individual work is based in the development of the riverbank as like as the connection with the island and the source of activities are develped there. The most significances points in the space are the ending of the ‘wild arm’ which provide a space with views to Grundwalski bridge and the different green spaces to be lost in. The space try to be savage, like fighting for a nice space, nature and vegetation around the industrialized city. A part of this, the ‘arm’ is provided with some caffeterias and and a swimming pool with a space for sunbathing and relax.

Learning from Sella

Sella is a small village of Alicante. The population decreased last decades because people is moving to bigger cities like Alicante or Benidorm. Although, Sella is a city with big historical background and located in a privilegious mountain landscape, visited for many people every week. The historical knoledwge and process of Sella, their habitants and natural landscapes has been studied, proposing new ways to use the space through simple interventions, pacts and designs creating a new connection between the urban and the landscape scale.

Some decades ago, half of the population of Crevillente lived in caves. Still some do. The village has grown from that caves at the bottom of Sierra of Crevillente. Unfortunately the neigborhood in which are located most of the caves is poor and isolated in the cucurrent city life. The intervention tries to give to the area a new urban dimension connected with a new iconic building, designed mainly as a primary school of the area and giving a deserved importance and a new atmospher to the history of Crevillente and their caves.

We bet for some pure geometries, disponsed in a disperse way but with an structurated lineal programme which give uses to the requeriments of the project. A clear geometry, honest, non random and in favour of an expositive programme. It is established a design related with their sorroundings and supported by the technology with the purpose to give the best functional and constructive solution. The design try to be kind with the sorroundings being a transition on the way through the archaeology site.
