Protecting children
The meeting considered several topics on security and economic framework, highlighting food and nutritional security, as well as the efforts of the Government of Guatemala in the strategic food reserve.
Secretary Almagro acknowledged Guatemala’s efforts; the contributions made through the Community Child Development Centers (CECODI, Spanish acronym), a model center for the entire region, and the program Acompáñame a Crecer(Join me in Growing).
