Consumer Brand Guidlines



Our Brand

This section provides an overview of the GPI Holding brand. Based on an extensive brand strategy we are relaunching our appearance. A brand is much more than just a brandmark. Every aspect of our appearance and brand experience should be aligned with the values we stand for and want to communicate to our customers.

On the next pages you will find the Brand Platform which is a unique approach to brand definition and positioning. It defines what our brand stands for today and what it aspires to be in the future.




Logotype

The basic logo consists of a mark and the typography by specially developed fonts. The mark — is stylized tree image. The name is placed on the left side from the mark. An additional typography — below. The text part can not be typed with different fonts, scaled or moved from the mark.

The minimum width of a logotype — 20 mm. To make it smaller, even on small formats is inadmissible. The tree should always remain distinguishable.

Colors

The colour gives our brand its face. GPI is a dominantly dark blue brand. A spectrum of colours help to create varied and exciting applications.

The main colors of GPI holding’s logotype are dark blue and red. Please always match colors to the swatches provided on this page and refer to the proper colour specifications when producing applications for GPI Holding.


Typography

Typography is an important element of the GPI brand identity system to help to create recognition of the brand. Helvetica NEUE is the font used for all Latin GPI applications. The Georgian equivalent font is called AZCondenced and AZImedi.

AZCondencedMT is the GPI Holdings corporate typeface in Georgian in case of uppercase letters.

Helvetica Neue is the GPI Holdings corporate typeface in English.

AZImediNusx is the GPI Holdings corporate typeface in Georgian in case of lowercase letters.

Numbers and special characters have to be written in Helvetiva Neue. Always use gerogian fonts size plus 1 point, than english fonts size.


Print Materials Measurments

The precise position and proportion of all the style elements is fixed and must always be reproduced in the set relationship shown here. The elements must never be re-drawn or modified in any way.

The use of the GPI Holding style in any printed material must be in CMYK or Pantonne mode.

Not just anything can be branded with a company’s name or logo and used for promotion. Selecting the correct on-brand corporate merchandise is a task that requires the person responsible for implementation to embrace the brand promise and brand beliefs. Items are selected based on how well they complement our brand.

Six rules of thumb for GPI brand photographic style 1. GPI photo style must be black and white 2. GPI photos must have white background 3. GPI photos must depict a human in a cheerful mood 4. All the objects in GPI photos must be in focus and must hot have any special effects 5. GPI photos must be compositionally sound, so it fits well both portrait and landscape formats 6. GPI photos must be taken in studio
