Eleven percent of TecDoc brands have achieved Premier Data Supplier status

A new, more demanding set of rules with additional validations and key performance indicators (KPIs) supports parts manufacturers in improving their product data. Since June 2021, each brand that fulfils these higher content-related requirements has been certified as a Premier Data Supplier (PDS). As of the latest September evaluation, 11 percent of the more than 800 supplier brands have already achieved this superior status. “With our new KPIs, we support our industry partners in raising the quality of their data in the TecDoc Catalogue to a new level,” TecAlliance Director Data Quality Management, Andreas Assmann, said. “Our measures are aimed at enhancing the reliability of the catalogue systems in the independent automotive aftermarket, thus increasing customer satisfaction at the point of service.
