EP Servicing
1.
After you match your EP, make sure that you are always available for his questions.
2.
Organize skype meeting so that you can meet him before he comes: what he likes to do, what are his hobbies.. And use this opportunity to mention him NPS and why it is important. Talk about this even with AIESECers!!! There are some AIESECers who still don’t know what NPS is.
3.
Make some booklet about your country, interesting places to visit, prices, weather, and put things they should not forget to bring: for example, medicine.
4.
Make facebook group with all interns and give them tasks to share their pictures, favorite songs…in order to meet each other.
5.
Be polite & friendly, they are coming to your country and they need help about everything. Don’t forget that our EPs are our customers.
6.
Don’t forget about quality reception: first impression is the most important! Wait for them & later prepare some welcome party.
