The prime proposal involved making a Development Plan for Rajkot city. It was further broken down in various stages that included secondary data and primary data collection. These site visits exposed to know the actual growth scenario and stakeholders were a major link to decode the reasons beneath the existing growth trends. Discussions and debates in the class helped perceive different viewpoints for FSI, housing and Infrastructure. All these methodologies helped shape a robust, unconventional Development Plan for Rajkot.
