When summer draws to a close and it’s time to drain and clean outdoor swimming pools, dogs are lucking in and getting the chance to take the final dip. Across the country, from late March to April, many public pools welcome dogs to swim, play and raisefunds for charities and animal groups while they splash about. Check out:
