Greenbrier Valley Resorts and Real Estate sold to affiliate of Local Company Merger of Companies creates regional vacation rental powerhouse.
Gatlinburg, TN. June 1, 2011. Greenbrier Valley Resorts, one of the premier rental management companies in Gatlinburg, Tennessee has been acquired by an affiliate company of Cabin Fever Vacations, the companies announced today. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. The combined companies now make up one of the largest and most expansive vacation rental company in the Smoky Mountain area. "I could not be more pleased with the sale and the smooth process in which the transition is taking place”, said Laurie Contois, former owner of Greenbrier. “The sale is a win-win for both companies.” Contois will remain with the company for a limited time as a Broker and consultant.
