the first day, in order to find a stable ground, Delegates were introduced to the history behind the worldwide known movement, core values, vision and experiences provided to unleash and develop the young leader in every single one of them. Certainly, the information were presented in the most creative and enjoyable ways possible, and delegates had to work in groups and compete on many different levels In the next day, departments in AIESEC were brought in, giving the delegates a clearer idea about where to head next. This huge meeting had the members learning a lot of key elements like time-management when dealing with workshops in limited timing, not being afraid of participating and speaking, thinking outside the box and most importantly being an ideal member in the team and in the whole community. Basic problems were put on the table and discussed as everyone tried to give a solution from his/her own perspective. It ended up in showing how different we can be, yet, how beautiful it is to be united under one loved country and one dear flag, holding hands and wanting to make a change.

As an Aiesecer I learnt that I always had to challenge myself and leave my comfort zone and applying for the OCVP CX position was a thrilling step for me. As the work started I figured out what really meant working in a team. I never felt alone because everyone suggested help when needed. Besides I am learning how to lead recent Aiesecers and how to motivate them. I am also improving my "computer" skills and practising something I particularly love which is writing. So to cut a long story short, I am learning while enjoying my time. I am growing through AIESEC.

At first, everything was confusing: AIESEC, my department, my position … but after attending the summit, thing have become more and more clear and understandable. I, oGT coordinator within the B2C department know about my role and responsibilities and ready more than ever to start this new experience that will certainly shape a big part of my life. After having spent a marvelous weekend with a set of individuals who are friendly, sincere, honest, ambitious and passionate, I know now how it’s like to work in teams, to share ideas, to be at the same time OGT coordinator, designer, event planner ... because at the end of the day we all work for the same cause. AIESEC has become my second family and words cannot describe my joy and pride of being a member of it. It’s time to be a leader. Roua Maknin , oGT CX coordinator , B2C Department
At first, I saw the summit as a huge challenge, it was my first experience as a moderator. But delivering the sessions really helped me develop my skills as a moderator and gave me will to develop them even more. Seeing the motivation and the enthusiasm of newly recruited members boosted my motivation to work more and achieve better results. Behe Zouaghi , oGT Manager , oGT Department
Overcoming difficulties, surpassing oneself, facing challenges, is all part of the ordinary experiences of life. A few days have passed since this conference but a lot that we have learned will accompany us all the way. It was never easy but it was rich of what we have learnt. Each member has great ideas in mind that he would like to develop, but very often these ideas remain just ideas in their head that do not go down to earth. Frequently, it’s because they do not have the required skills or they fear from taking the risk but this summit was an opportunity not only to manage the tasks of each department but also to boost each member’s self confidence and energy to carry on and believe in teamwork. I learned not to leave our fears and doubts in the way of doing an amazing job. We can not do it all alone but we have to get out of our comfort zone and believe in our abilities To achieve our goals. Now, I am so excited with my new family, my department and my position. And with this attitude we will make the difference, we will make the change. Oumayma rezgui , PR coordinator , B2B Department
Growth Hack Day In the 13th of December, AIESEC Bizerte organized a growth hacking day in Oriflamme headquarter, this day was very special for its ability to gather all members of AIESEC Bizerte under one roof, work in teams and in synergy between departments in order to establish a consistent planning and maintained execution for each service and experience provided by each department. Different tasks and activities have been assigned to member, and they had to brainstorm and work on ideas to extend our database of exchange participants and partners, to nurture the leads we have, to gather content from different experiences, to prepare agenda and plan for each project and event. The day as a whole was a success, seeing all members interacting and pitching ideas to make the growth actually happen. Growth HackBouklet
Finance summit AIESEC Bizerte held a local finance summit on Sunday, the 11th of December at the We Love Office . The summit was a great opportunity for our members to better understand how intertwined the finance department is with the AIESEC vision, values and impact. It also gave a clear idea about the job description, the system and work of the Finance department. With the new financial knowledge acquired, AIESECers in different department know the importance of finance in the fulfillment of their work, and we could even have applicants for the next Vice President Finance position for the next term!
