YWC Partners :
Amicale des anciens élèves des lycées de Bizerte , Association de protection et de sauvegarde du littoral de Bizerte , Cabinet médical Daoud , Cabinet médical Chakroun If anybody asks me what is one amazing thing you have done in your life I'll answer with no doubts - project 'Yes We Care' '. I can truly say that taking a part in the project was the best decision ever!I spent almost two months in a foreign country, discovering new people, new cultures and most importantly, myself, while working in the school with kids in the rural area of Bizerte, teaching them through different activities and games. The warmth shown to me by everyone in the school really motivated me to do as much as I could for them. I still remember those kind eyes and smiles meeting us each morning in front of the school with a lot of hugs and kisses. I’ll be taking beautiful memories with me, reminders of working with children and experiences that will surely benefit me in the future. Work conditions were really top notch. People who were helping us with our work did not spare any effort, and neither did we...And the best part of it was that now I know who I am. I know what I value, what I am passionate about, what makes me get out of bed and work my butt off, for what I believe in.
" I will never regret taking this opportunity and be apart of the YWC project, because not only pupils have learned during this journey, I did learn too and I'm sure that all the YWC team did too. This project gave me knowledge, experience and made me more thankful of what I have, not only this, but It also taught me that with so little we can do so much, if only we stick together, if only we believe.. just for 1% that its possible, only then we will be able to do it, and yes we did it. A wise AIESECer once said "Yes We Care we measure it by smiles, not with numbers."

The EB Team #EL Birou Planning Phase Our team purpose is :
‘’Driving Growth in our entity by being Customer-centric through delivering quality leadership experiences’’ we defined our LC growth drivers. Which are the PILLARS that the whole LC must capitalize on in order to grow all its operations and unlock its potential as :
*you will find the contact of the EB team in the last page
We initiated our work with 10 Planing Days starting after the AId following this Agenda : 1st part : We started the planning by a general review of all the operations and strategies used in therm 15/16, going through the LC History and auditing the work done by the previous generations. knowing more about the reality of AIESEC in Tunisia and our positioning as an LC. analyzing the relevance of our work in our environment and our positioning in the market. 2nd part : Decorticating the BM and the CF 2.0, evaluating how are they implemented in our operations, implementing the CF 2.0 in the EB structure, DEVELOPING THE TRACKING TOOLS, Studying the current market reality (internal and External), then reviewing the operation process and changing them to adapt to our internal reality to build capacity in delivering Exchange. And that allowed us to identify what kind of functional learning cycle, we need to have
The Planing Effect
3rd part : VPs Working on synergies between departments, how it's going tobe, how it's going to be more beneficial, the communication between departments, tracking of the synergies, developing a 3 Departments strategy that will allow them grow together (B2C, OGC,OGT), (B2B, IGT, IGC), preparing a work timeline and a Gantt chart for the implementation. The final Part : Each VP prepares the Final OGSM of his department, timeline, structure, budget and prepare the JDs of his team. 40 Second Video from the planning Days ( Click )
#EL Birou at the MC Planning Days :
After we finished planning we headed for the MC Planing days in Tunis, where we met with the MC team and every other EB from AIESEC in Tunisia , each VP worked with his MC VP and the LC VPs from other LCs to determine the general area strategies and how to downscale them on a local level
The MC Team Visit Bizerte :
After the MC Planing Days the MC started visiting on all the LCs of AIESEC in Tunisia , they visited Bizerte on the 26th of july , they checked with us the Current status of AIESEC in Bizerte , the Visit purpose was to know more about the LC and its general strategies , every VP had 1 to 1 time with his MC VP to Review his strategies for the department for the term 16/17.
The First LCM of the term : On the 28th of july we had our first LCM of the term where the EB had his first contact with members to talk about the expectations of the Members toward the EB and the LC , and presenting the general strategies of the LC and the Department's strategies the structures and Open positions , this the Output of the LCM. after the LCM we launched the Application of the departments.
After 4 Rounds This is the Final Department's Structure :
This is the Link to the Booklet : Department’s structures
Meanwhile the EB have been preparing for the Leaders summit 1.0 where we have shared a more detailed planning with our members and each team have met for the first time , the Agenda were diverse. the First day we had soft skills and Emotional intelligence trainings delivered by kamelya baratelli and Iheb Galai. And the clarity of the Why Delivered by Abdelaziz Abassi. The Second and the third day the teams knew more about their departments their strategies , calendar from their VPs , and they got to learn how to run AIESEC operations , all the sessions in those 2 Days were delivered by the EB , most of the sessions were workshops so the members can participate and have a role in the summit and be part of planning with the EB for this term This is the Link to the Agenda : The Leaders SUMMIT Agenda
The TL summit was a 3 day training that gathered for me all the information and knowledge that we need in each department. Actually the sessions were at the same time smooth and beneficial. We had the opportunity to know more about our JDs, differentiate between the CF phases without any difficulty given that most of our workshops and sessions were based on it, we’ve learned also the difference between self management and self awareness that are both part of the communication management. In addition, we developed some of our department’s basics for example: I had the chance in my department (B2C) to know more about the AIESEC visual guidelines that are essential in my work as a digital marketing team member; Personally I can now determine exactly my role in the department and I’m ready to start working like never before. But most importantly, I can feel after this summit that I’m much more closer to my friends that I was not used to talk with and the thing that I’m extremely happy about is that I didn’t feel the difference between a VP, a manager, a team leader…. NO. We were literally a whole big family that each member is ready to stand for the other and most of all STAND for our beloved LC (That’s what I figured out in our plan setting). Now I belong to an entity that’s ready to give its best in order to reach its biggest goals and strive for excellence
Rahma Almeia , Digital Marketing Team member.

To everyone who’s maybe wondering what my name is and what are my Ambitions for this term. My Name is Ramy Hassine and I am the LCVP iGV for the term 16-17. I do believe that every leader starts from a dissatisfaction. And we are so very dissatisfied. The current situation of iGV is not so good and I guess that we are haunted by a palindrome number which is 11 since in two years we only make 11 Re. Well, My biggest goal for this term is to beat that number and we can only beat it by making the right things in the right time. like the specific Promotion strategy and focusing on the countries by making the External market analysis which can be ensured by EXPA. Since our project will be in december the countries we will work with will be from AP LATAM and MENA. the second big goal for the term will be making a successful project which can only happen if we prepare everything from an early date. That’s why we prepared a clear agenda for the EPs and a clear JD too. .and Finally how can we possibly say that we had a successful term without leaving the best legacy to our team member and I mean by that the strategy of having few number of team members which will give the space to every team member and team leader to innovate and give his/her Best to make The term successful which explains too “ Few number of team members : more experience more results per person and more efficiency “ -iGVly yours- the rebels.

My name is Abdelaziz abuse, I was elected on the 23rd of April, on that day I didn't stop dreaming about what this entity and my members could achieve, and the next question that came up to my mind back then is how I am going to make that possible as Leader of AIESEC in Bizerte. so from that moment I started working on a plan, the plan was based on change,to make things better and different and be outstanding instead of normal and not to be affected by the general mindset of the environment. So I started with my team working on a very micro scale of the LCs operations, how they should be how we can make them better, then create implementation strategies with the EB teal , until now its working perfectly and I am seeing the LC in a better position , At the summit we shared our perspective of the LC with the members, they were very receptive and interactive which makes their inputs valuable, in the end of the summit I did not only realize that we are implementing a strategy but also starting a New Culture , a culture of change to make things better, they say that culture always beat strategies, I say it's time to see them combined, it's just a matter of time until the results will speak for us. #ﻏدا_ﯾوم_اﻓﺿل
