My Motivation : Being a new member last year in my Local commit , made feel that I am something Big that can change my City, This year being part of the EB and the Time change sub committee made me feel that I am part of bigger something and that i am able to achieve change throw this positions. every time that I evolve with AIESEC i can feel that I am more powerful than the experience before that I am able to change. Also my way of seeing things have changed with time last year I was only seeing my city problems , this year I am seeing all tunisia problems. And right now I am seeing the problems regionally and in the position as GST I can Change Things to the better Finally we are always locking to go further and advance in what we are doing and is see this opportunity as my next step of experience


Experiences In AIESEC that Shaped Me Educate Me OCP : just one month after joining AIESEC , I was selected as an OCP, I Didn't have any experience or knowledge but I was motivated. I managed to learn in the same time Act. finally The project was a success in all levels exchange , Students and Teams. in the End of it I felt how it is to change the life of 250 persons and they are grateful for what they had received. the result of the project and its measurable impact was really Big. This experience changed Me. and made aware about the change that I can do as a single person.


Being a member of the Time Change sub committee The Change That we are capable to do in such great position, we have the power to change AIESEC Tunisia for the better of this country. Having the ability to legislate and change the Timeline to face challenges in national level Made more aware of the weaknesses that something can have, and how to make them strengths. and changing a Big organisme in Tunisia for its better such AIESEC is represent a change in me because I am part of it , and I am shaping it as the person that I am today Being a FACI at The Local motivation seminar: Being a Faci in my Local motivation seminar changed my view for AIESEC and what we can achieve. seeing 60 people in a room and we have the ability to gather them for one purpose was amazing for me, I saw people embracing the differences of others and being united for one perpose. ‘’there is no world there is 6 Billion understanding of it, and if you change only one world understanding of it. one person understanding what they are capable off. one personnel how powerful the change he can do in this world you change the whole thing" This what is driving me in AIESEC and in my life, that's what my experience in AIESEC shaped the new Me .


My commitment :

I Study Management at Virtuelle University of Tunis. so I have Plenty of free Time.

I am able to travel at any time except the exams #5: Graphic Times which they areProduction a week in january and in a week in June.

I am an LC VP iGIP in my LC

My Logistical Constraints I won't be able to afford traveling from Tunisia to conferences and summits.


Main Challenges : The time of presentation of Amal project Whenever it was in the MENA xlds last year or MENA co, the time is always after the planifications of the LC’s, also few elects are able to be in a regional conferences , also some entities does not participate in regional conferences. Also the project in many cases does not fit the situation of the entity or the region of a lot of LCs that making the Adaptation to Its standards a little bit difficult. The analysis of the reality of the entities and how to promote them the project finally the entities and the LCs are Customers so we need To make the product more attractive and seem easy to implement in the entities. no marketing and promotion of the project. The

MC support if I speak for myself as an LC VP iGIP , I approached my MC VP several times about the project and he didn't encourage me or supported me in doing it, also my LCP only after he came back from MENA co he was convinced with it.


facilitate the S&D :

Empowering the Brand of Amal project in the region to implement it in All entities of the MENA region.

Analyse the situation of the project and make GCP and BCP , to share it with entities that they are having AMAL project this year to profit from previous experience. making Meeting with All LC’s That are doing the project. to see the drawbacks of it and How make it better.


making meetings with all the LC’s who are not Working on Amal project to make it more suitable to their reality or at least work OGX on Amal project.

Making a regional OGX campaign aligned To raise EPs for Amal project.

Making a platform of Available EPs and OPs in The MENA region to facilitate the match.

Setting Standards For all entities in the delivery of the project need to be brand alignment , content delivered , project Impact and purpose.

communication between the GST and the Entities will be easier and regional alignment and the standards will be respected.


partnerships : partnerships are very useful in such big project. such as International NGO’s , or companies which have a social outlook and believe in the impact and the purpose of Amal Project

PR : a regional event can be organised, in the country who have more EPs in Amal Project to showcase and share success stories with Media presence. so we guarantee a good PR for the project. PR is Always good for AIESEC in the MENA region. so the next term the project will be bigger


Team management

Leading a team virtually is not different than leading it physically, The work will be defined by a timeline that all the team have to respect in work in every part of term. Reporting is a necessary after every meeting or every task Done. Having weekly meetings as for the motivation we have common goals that we want to achieve so we will be planning to gether and setting our strategies our team We will be working with the bottom Up method
