Analysing the university Market in our LC Target list and report to the OGX departments. Develop a partnership agreement between AIESEC and the University and maintain it maintain a positive relationship with university staff and faculty as well as retain our status as a Registered Student Organization. Contact the university, departments and teachers whose students could benefit from AIESEC and establish a relationship: make faculty aware of us, see if faculty have knowledge they can share with the LC as a guest speaker, etc. be present in all the campus events and inform the LC about them Look for on-campus activities that AIESEC Bizerte can participate in and pass info to appropriate AIESECers.

Assist the ER Manager to Find TN takers. Once a company has agreed to have AIESEC interns these members will personalize contract details and deals with it. Analyzing the International Market and Present a report about the market trends Establishing Partnerships with other LCs. Make the follow up with the company once they signed the Contract see the exchange participant (EP) database on Experience AIESEC to find potential matches for raised (OPs). select participants with promising CVs or resumes, email, Skype interview with questions from TN Company and set up for Skype interviews with company representatives with all candidates. Pick up (or delegate task) of trainee at the airport once they arrive.Show trainee around the city, help with understanding of public transportation and other logistics they need for daily life. Interact with the EPs and find out what their preferences and personalities are like, look for housing for them and organize events for the first few weeks after arrival. Assisting the EP and the company in the First day of work. Following Up with the EP and the company Every 2 weeks until the End of the Internship. Showcase with a final report the Experience of the EP and the TN taker.

Work with the team to develop our product and projects. Preparing Customized Products for some partners with the ER Team ( Depending on the contact output ). Preparing a presentation for every product and project for team and the whole LC. Meetings With the Other Departments and brain storm to develop their products to be more market oriented. Working on the Organisation of our Events ( Task force Management or OC team ). preparing the target list of events with the ER manager. Updating the marketing Team with all the advancement done in the Key Area. Preparing the output after every meeting Done ( External or internal ) Prepare and Fill a Tracking tool for the projects to guarantee the tracking at every level of the project. Evaluating the Product after the delivery , taking feedback about the product and work on the improvement of the product.
