PEOPLE BRITISH SINGER ELLIE GOULDING WILL BE THE FACE OF THE NEW FRAGRANCE. PRESS LAUNCH EVENT PROPOSAL KURT GEIGER IS HOSTING A PRESS EVENT, LAUNCHING ITS NEW FRAGRANCE “KG WOMAN”.TAKING PLACE FROM 6PM-9PM ON 16TH SEPTEMBER 2017, AHEAD OF LONDON FASHION WEEK, THE PRESS LAUNCH WILL BE AN INTIMATE BUT LIVE EVENING, LOCATED 15 BATEMAN STREET, SOHO, LONDON. THE VENUE HAS A FLEXIBLE SPACE, SPREAD ACROSS TWO FLOORS, HOLDING ALL 150 GUESTS. THE VENUE WILL BE DECORATED WITH A BLACK AND GOLD COCKTAIL PARTY THEME, FROM GOLD FLORAL BOUTIQUES IN VASES REPLICATING THE DESIGN OF THE FRAGRANCE BOTTLE TO SMALL SCREENS, CONTINUALLY SHOWING THE PROMOTIONAL FILM. THE FAMOUS SHOE CHANDELIER WILL BE TRANSFORMED BY REPLACING THE SHOES WITH MULTIPLE PERFUME BOTTLES SITUATED IN THE MIDDLE OF THE ROOM, ACTING AS A MAIN ATTRACTION FOR GUESTS AND ENCOURAGING THEM TO TRY AND EXPERIENCE THE PRODUCT. THE CHANDELIER WILL BE INTERACTIVE, WITH DROPS OF THE FRAGRANCE FALLING, ALLOWING GUESTS TO TEST THE FRAGRANCE WHILST AT THE EVENT, WHICH WILL ADD VALUE TO THE PRESS LAUNCH. THROUGHOUT THE NIGHT, A RELAXED BUT UPLIFTING SOUNDTRACK WILL BE PLAYED BY DJ B.TRAITS GUESTS WILL BE GREETED WITH A COCKTAIL AND PHOTOGRAPH OPPORTUNITY WITH THE LARGE BOTTLE AND ADVERTISEMENT, WHICH THEY WILL THEN RECEIVE AT THE END OF THE NIGHT IN THIER GIFT BAGS ALSO WITH A PERSONALISED FRAGRANCE BOTTLE AND KURT GEIGER LOOK BOOK FEATURING PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS. WHILST WAITERS WALK THE ROOM SERVING ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES INCLUDING COCKTAILS SUCH AS ‘GOLD IN HARLEM’ AND ‘GINGER AND PROSECOCO’, AN INFORMAL BUFFET WILL BE PRESENT FOR GUESTS. CATERING WILL CONSIST OF A BESPOKE CANAPÉ MENU, DELIVERED BY SOCIAL PANTRY, SUCH AS PARMA HAM WRAPPED BRITISH ASPARAGUS WITH SOFT BOILED EGG DIP. CREATIVE DIRECTOR, REBECCA FARRAR-HOCKLEY, ALONGSIDE ELLIE GOULDING, WILL DELIVER A SPEECH TO GUESTS, INTRODUCING THE NEW PRODUCT.
