American Express Online (AXO) is ABM’s sole booking agent for travel related reservations. An AXO profile should be completed by any ABM employee who:
Incurs travel related expenses, Submits travel related expense reports, or
Performs travel related expense functions on behalf of another employee Employees who submit Concur or paper-based expense reports will follow those legacy procedures after travel reservations are completed through AXO
