Hello from Jerry & Esther San Antonio events this year! Ahh, home sweet home.

So many of you have been requesting a new video, and last fall we shot three complete events in the Bay Area of California. See pages 12 and 13 for details on the first of these events now ready for you. They are really very good.

Also, in response to many of you, (we do love hearing from you — and we do) we will, in the very near future, be able to offer the Abraham-Hicks material via 74 minute CD’s. The first CD releases will be the Special Subject Series and the Monthly and Weekly Tape Programs. We’ll add other items as we move forward.

The third Sara book is in the final stages. Really it is. We’ll send you a post card when we have them in our warehouse.

The building projects at AbrahamHicks Publications are evolving magnificently. Building is up, roof going on now, and we’re making decisions about tiles and carpet and fixtures and all of that truly fun stuff. And by the time we hold our Spring 2002, San Antonio Workshop and Open House, the Water Gardens in front of that building will be ready to flow! It’s almost too good to stand.

Thank you for your letters, emails, faxes and calls. Please know how much we appreciate this cocreative journey we are sharing. We’ll see you down the road!

There are so many things to talk about in this short space, but here goes.

As I write this I’m laughing because that is what we say to almost everyone we spend time with. “We want to find a way to squeeze more good stuff out of this moment.” It turns out, this isn’t a bad thing, but a very good thing.

Abraham has said to us so many times that there is great benefit in making many decisions in every day, and we are certainly doing that. Our life is very full, and very fast, and very much fun!

So many of our past decisions, which were future plans, have now become NOW action while we are now making many more future plans. So this is what momentum is? I think I like it.

On page 5 you will find our schedule for the remainder of this year and for year 2002. What fun to anticipate all those glorious miles and all of your wonderful faces. We just love this! We plan to drive our Monster Bus to all of these events, and we have planned a different route. We’re salivating already.

The new schedule puts us in the usual cities at the almost usual times with the exception of Florida. We’ve moved Florida forward a month. So we’ll see you in December of 2001 rather than January of 2002. And we’ll hold three

Limiting Beliefs and the Art of Allowing Are you among the rare humans who have come to appreciate the contrast of your time and place? Are you understanding that when desire is born within you, that it comes from the same contrast that sometimes you would like to do away with? Are you coming to recognize that the desire, that is so life giving, could not be without the variety? Are you coming to recognize that the variety is all about choosing?

It is not different from the buffet or the department store where you appreciate variety. You do not walk through the clothing department petitioning against those ugly clothes. You are satisfied and even comfortable in recognizing that someone else might choose them, while you might not. You do not feel that someone’s going to knock you down and make you wear them anymore than someone would fill

your plate and make you eat it.

Although, that did happen to you.

Maybe that’s where your fear of contrast really began, with those bigger people, sure that they knew what’s right, forcing you to accept their beliefs until you were big enough that you could at least run away.

We’re wanting you to realize that beyond that which your parents attempt, there is no assertion. In other words, Law of Attraction (That which is like unto itself is drawn) is the order of the day here. And when you come to realize that as you offer a vibration, your vibration is answered, and that through the powerful Law of Attraction, all things that you are offering, vibrationally, come back to you, then this business of assertion is no longer something for you to worry about. Because there really is not any of that.

Love ❥ Appreciation ❥ Love Not only is my marriage, which was wobbly, completely healed, it’s joyful and love-infused. Not only did I get a job, after being a stay-athome mom for ten years, I got the perfect job — with every single detail I asked for on my napkin (I actually used a napkin for a placemat). Not only is money flowing into my life, with raises and free-lance work and new ideas that lead to more money, it’s flowing into my husband’s life too. My children are happy and thriving.

I am busier that I’ve ever been and somehow have all the time in the world. And every time I have a question that I cannot seem to figure out, I open my mailbox and there is the new weekly tape waiting and, sure enough, the answer, in specific detail, is on it.

I am so enlivened, that people are always asking me how I do it. And I tell them about Abraham, giving them tapes I have already absorbed. Many of your recent subscribers came from me, my sister, friends, co-workers, my mom!

Limiting Beliefs and the Art of Allowing Our dominant desire for you is that you lighten up in all of this, that you be more playful about it and that you let your dominant intention be to reach for thoughts that feel good. Let your awareness of how you feel be your guiding light, because your mood or your attitude is everything.

When you feel playful, you’re letting it in. When you feel joyful, you’re letting it in. When you feel interest or eagerness, or anticipation, you’re letting it in. When you feel pensiveness or aggravation or fear or frustration or annoyance, or any of those emotions that don’t feel so good in your solar plexus — just stop and laugh and say, “I’m not letting it in.

Hmm, well, maybe this isn’t worth all of that. Maybe this doesn’t matter that much to me. Maybe I really am wanting to let it in at all costs. Maybe I’m willing to give this the benefit of the doubt. Maybe I’m willing to look the other way. Maybe I’m willing to reach for a thought that feels better.

oming into a physical human body is much more difficult than coming into a physical body of a chicken or a dog, or body of a beast. Because the beast reaches its maturity so much quicker, and gains its dependence from the other family members, that it comes into easier connection, so to speak. And so, it is your exposure to the discomfort of those who have come before you that thwarts you on all fronts.

f you feel drawn to someone, but you are annoyed because you think that they are telling you some lies, try to look beyond the lies and try to focus upon the feeling. People offer all kinds of words for all kinds of different reasons. Most lies are offered to try to keep things in alignment.

We’re not encouraging it, but the motive behind lying is usually a pretty honorable motive. In other words, when a child lies to their parents, it’s usually because they want to be free to do what they want to do, and they don’t want their parents to be upset about it. It’s about wanting an alignment.

Physical ears have a hard time hearing this. You keep talking about “We need to be honest.” And we say, we don’t meet any of you who are honest.

Even those who claim to be the most virtuous, are not honest, but your vibration always is. We would trust the feeling more than the words.

QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS The Perfect Food For My Befriended Body

body would only thrive. In other words, the basis of your body is one of true and utter thriving. It has no reason to frighten you. It is the greatest evidence of Well-being that exists anywhere in your physical experience. It is an extraordinary mechanism that’s come together from great deliberate intent from so many Non-Physical and physical creators. And every one of you who stands in your body, continues to enhance the experience of the physical body. This is an evolution of a species that is extraordinary.

Your bodies are not to be feared.

Your bodies are to be revered. Your bodies are to be applauded. Your bodies are to be maybe even amazed at. But they are never to be feared. Your bodies are not vulnerable. They’re not fragile.

They are resilient. They are flexible.

You have the ability to come into alignment again and again and again, and if anyone in the Universe understands that, it’s the cells of your body.

Befriending your body is the only way we know of coming to understand that your body is resilient and that it knows what to do, and that it will be whatever you ask it to be. But you have to ask it to be that in a place of nonresistance. It’s the most significant information that we have ever expressed relative to your physical body and food.

You must love your body, and then lovingly give it the food. And when you love your body and lovingly give it the food, it matters not what food you give it.

What is the perfect food? We would say there is not one, other than water. We encourage lots of that for all of you.

Drink as much water as you can get into your body, and then eat anything else that feels good to you.

We would, for a little while, step away from the subject of food altogether in terms of trying to make anything happen. And we’d get as happy as we can relative to other aspects of our life, until we could feel that our cork is floating mostly about most things. And then we would say, “I’m going to befriend my body. I’m going to become a friend with my body. I’m going to make my body my friend.” That is so essential: making your body your friend.

Most of you are afraid of your body.

Your body feels like something that might trick you. It might get run over, or it might make the wrong decision, or it might die too early, or it might get a disease in it, or it might do something, after all, it has all kinds of mysteries. You can’t look into your body. You can’t see metabolism. You can’t see what’s happening with the cells. You don’t really understand your body. And your body frightens you in most cases.

Your body is so well orchestrated. You see, your body is trillions of cells that are vibrationally interacting with Source Energy. And if left to their own without a lot of static in your vibration, your

Quarterly Quotes from Abraham-Hicks it... We would pet our cat, right back into Well-being. All that’s required is distraction from whatever it is that’s causing it.

Often, just by getting away, sometimes just by going to a beautiful place and kicking back ( and you don’t need a lot of money to do that) you can just withdraw from things that have been aggravating you, and bask more in the Well-being that is, or can be, around you, until you regain your footing.

o, you’ve been diagnosed as “terminal”?

If we were in a physical body, and we found ourselves sick, which means we’ve pinched off enough Well-being long enough, through our attention to what we do not want, that we have a sort of habit of that going on, even though intellectually we would know that in the next moment we could step into a place and allow the Energy to flow, and that the illness, that had been with us even for a long time, would leave us in the moment of doing that... the approach we would take is: We would make a new decision to literally pamper ourselves, adore ourselves, coddle ourselves, soothe ourselves in any possible way that we could figure out how to do it, back into Well-being. We would not try to regret ourselves into it.

We would not punish ourselves for what we’ve done wrong. And we would not frighten ourselves by going for constant diagnosis.

We would say, “Alright, so that’s the way it is. You say my illness is terminal, then never mind. I’m going to take a different approach.” And we would try to soothe ourselves back into Well-being, by doing all of our favorite things. We would spend more time soaking in the bathtub if we like it, and more time with our feet in the sand if we like that, and more time with this friend if we like it, and more time watching this movie if we like it, and more time eating this food if we like

The Value of Conscious Breathing Deep breathing is a big part of your Well-being, because with that deep breath, there is activation on a cellular level. In other words, it is the current that carries the vitality to the extremities of the cells. And so, the more you are breathing, the more you are thriving.

Some say it is the way the Spirit moves. We would say it is the way life moves most efficiently through your physical body. And, fortunately, it is something that is not left to your conscious mind. You don’t have to prompt yourself to breathe. It happens.

But you can prompt yourself to breathe more.

We encourage that you deliberately take some air in. And then before you let it out, take some more air in. And then before you let it out, take some more air in. And before you let it out… And you say, “I can’t take any more in, because there’s no place for it to go.” And we say, yes there is, take some more in.

Expand your capacity. Your lungs, like balloons, can be all shriveled up, or expanded fully. As you move on a regular basis, they expand somewhat, but they don’t expand fully. As you deliberately breathe deeper, it becomes more natural for them to get fuller — and before you know it, it will be an involuntary thing.

You will naturally breathe more deeply.

When you’re running or moving your body, you don’t have to think about it, your body demands it. But when you are sitting, as in an environment like this Workshop, it’s very helpful to deliberately breathe in more, breathe in more, breathe in more, breathe in more. And when you think that you cannot breathe in any more — breathe in more. And then experience the deliciousness of a long, easy, out, out, out, out, out. And then breathe in more, breathe in more, breathe in more.

And as you do this more deliberately, you will begin to do it more involuntarily — and your bodies will thrive. It’s even more important than drinking water. It’s right up there with life itself.

When concentrating on your breathing, you are not concentrating on other things. And in that absence of resistance, you are also allowing an alignment of Energy. So you get a double whammy with it: You’re aligning with Source Energy. You are literally feeding the cells of your body, allowing oxygen to reach the extremities of your cells. Everybody comes alive — and everything works better. Metabolism works better, elimination works better, clarity works better, blood flows better. Thriving comes from this.

Some say that your breathing is the way the Spirit moves.
