Introduction The Absolvent Talent Days career fair is the biggest and most prestigious event of its kind in Poland. The IIIrd edition attracted 27 037 participants from the entire country. The spring edition was held in the best locations of the five largest Polish cities: Cracow, Wrocław, Warsaw, Poznań and Łódź. All the events were extremely well received both by employers and visitors – as many as 83% participants would recommend the ATD to their friends! In all the cities combined, 246 employers were looking for talented students and graduates of different faculties. On the event website the exhibitors published over 1000 job, internship, and development program offers in almost 30 sectors. The event culminated in an undisputed success: the biggest free concert ever held on the main pitch of the National Stadium in Warsaw. The ATD music concert, in line with the ATD message, made an excellent opportunity for young candidates to meet inspiring and successful people. All the invited guests and featured artists had one thing in common: they have proved that passion, courage, and commitment are the key to success and self-fulfillment.

Below we present detailed information about the ATD visitor profile and various marketing and advertising activities aimed at promoting our event. We especially recommend the photo and video relations from each city. You’ll find the links further down in the summary. The report was based on online questionnaires completed by 3618 participants between 11 March and 4 April 2015. The Absolvent Talent Days career fair is organized by Absolvent.pl – a leading recruitment platform for students and graduates in Poland and *Bespoke agency, specializing in organizing events for well-known and renowned brands. Promotion As the Absolvent Talent Days team, we skilfully and steadfastly build our relationships with the media. It helps us achieve excellent results in terms of event promotion. In order to promote the Absolvent Talent Days we kept in touch with ca. 600 journalists from over 300 editorial offices throughout Poland. The Partners of the ATD music included several companies that actively promote openness and flexibility towards the needs and expectations of young people. The ATD music concert is a huge step forward in terms of large-scale employer branding campaign. Supporting this event allowed the companies involved to connect with students and graduates in an informal way; it proves that the companies want to help them tap into their potential and achieve career goals.
